House vacation rentals in Channel Islands Beach

My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

This house was perfect for our needs. The pool was so refreshing. The kitchen and gathering areas were spacious and clean. I really appreciated the special touches for our baby! Pack and play, high chair, toys, and a care basket. I’ll absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well maintained and well appointed home! In addition to being of architectural interest the home was cozy and comfortable for our whole family. The kids swam all day, and the adults cooked and enjoyed the back patio and atrium areas. The yard and outdoor areas were lovely and well cared for. There were so many things to do close by - from hikes, to shopping, restaurants and museums. Instructions and information provided by Dicle and Trisha were easy to follow and clear. They were responsive and helpful in all communications. Will book again.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! We enjoyed our time in Ventura and this house was in a great location. Very close to all the areas we were visiting. Very cute neighborhood. The house was definitely as described however the remodel workmanship in the house was a bit haphazard and lacking in quality finish details. Still we had a good stay and I would recommend!

We had a great stay. We wanted time at the beach and had never spent time at Oxnard or Hollywood Beach. The house and beach were a total treat!

Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

Staying at Middlebury was a great experience overall! The amenities, the pool and the view were well worth the experience. The rooms are spacious well decorated and accommodated our group very nicely. Would absolutely recommend another visit to this home next time I am in the So-Cal area!

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. I needed a place that could accommodate a large family because we were visiting town for a wedding. It was everything we needed. The host was so accommodating and seemed to do everything they could to make sure my family was comfortable. The home also had everything we needed during the stay. My mom had an unexpected medical emergency as well and even in expressing that to the host, they were so kind and caring. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! I pray they remain successful for years to come.

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future

This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Joel was an exceptional host. He communicated proactively and quickly, allowed for an early check-in and went over and above to make us feel comfortable in his home. From the generous pastries and bread, to heating the pool up extra high with the weather, to allowing us to trim some fruit off of the gorgeous citrus trees in his garden - he made his space our space for the short time we were there. The guest rooms feel very private and removed from the rest of the home. While there were shared spaces, Joel gave us a lot of freedom to make ourselves comfortable in his home. The garden is truly tranquil and nearby Ojai is one of the best towns I know. Thank you to Joel for making our stay a great one!!

Larissa’s place was awesome. Nice secluded location that is not far from the coast. The two separate bedrooms along with the sofa bed worked out well! Kitchen was well stocked with stuff if you want to cook. Everything was extremely clean. Check in and out were a breeze with easy to follow instructions.

The place is top notch. It's at the top of a hill and you can clearly see the ocean. Rick was there to greet me and give me a quick tour. The house itself has pretty anything and everything from extra towels to condiments like ketchup and mayo to half a dozen different coffee types. The house is pretty clean and bright as most walls are actually giant windows. Outside there is a hot tub and a large plastic igloo style outside bedroom. Fantastic to spend the night in. One word of caution for out of towners... AT&T coverage in Malibu is abysmal. If that's your provider, put your map directions into your phone before you get there.
