Vacation rentals with a patio in Channel Islands Beach

We loved our stay in Ventura such a cute little town and beautiful beach! The place was just as expected clean, quiet and a great outside space. We loved being able to walk to the beach just a few blocks away. We also walked to the grocery store, restaurants and a donut shop. Definitely recommend staying here.

We spent a lovely quiet week with my sister in Ventura at Kerri’s place just one block off Main Street. We walked to the beach, restaurants, up the hill to the Botanical Gardens and the cross. There was a generous pantry of useful items and a full kitchen. We didn’t use the bikes or the boogie boards but we would have if the weather were nicer. We had no problems at her house but Kerri was very responsive with questions that we had. The beds and the living and dining room furniture were very comfortable and the decorating was calm and elegant. We will definitely return here in the future.

nice 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. didn't explore condo complex much but seemed well taken care of. private location and gated. parking was private single car garage- just beware if you have anything taller or wider than a Honda Pilot it might not fit. Communication was responsive. No issues.

Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

Amazing place to stay. One of the best place I’ve stayed. Everything was so clean, had perfect much everything. Indoor pool is was kids highlight of the stay. I highly recommend this place. There are zero complaints about this stay. Thank you so much for everything

We loved staying at Lisa’s condo! The place is very comfortable, has high ceilings which makes it feel very roomy and is very well stocked with everything you may need! Lisa was very responsive with any questions we had and we would definitely rent from her again! It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you, Lisa!

Unusual accommodation we really enjoyed. Great views right out the windows, right in the midst of the Santa Monica mountains. Lots of interesting hiking nearby. Location is far from stores stc. So need to plan for cooking in. Was a bit if an adventure in fire season.. High winds and fire nearby meant power company shut off power. House had some backup. Hosts were great about keeping us informed and offering refund if we wanted to leave... We didn't. Overall exckent communication and support Place itself simple but very well designed and equipped, had what we needed. We enjoyed our peaceful, active stay

Highly recommend this place! It’s a short drive or a few minutes walk from downtown. It has a very relaxing vibe with cute decor and lovely light during the sunset. Check-in was easy. I hope to come back!

We gathered to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday and had a great time! The house as well as the front and back yard were exactly as described with clear instructions on how to utilize the amenities. Neighborhood was lively and friendly, very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. My daughters especially enjoyed walking down to the donut shop in the morning :) Will definitely book again next time we are in town.

I booked Bob’s place for my family from Vegas and my aunt from the Philippines. I live here locally and my house is just not big enough . His house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and very well maintained . We enjoyed bbqing in the backyard and having drinks around the bonfire . I would absolutely recommend and have my family stay there again .

3 minute walk to the beach! Great for our family with a 4 year and 1 year old. No stairs, enclosed yard and open floor plan.

Mark's listing was absolutely beautiful! I loved the old Spanish style, as well as the gorgeous woodwork throughout the home. You can tell the property is meticulously maintained, and I'd say it's even better in person than in the photos. The location was great - not too far of a walk to the beach and other attractions. During our stay, we took a day trip to Santa Barbara and another to Ojai, both of which were easy drives from the property. A wonderful bonus was that the home is pet-friendly and has an enclosed outdoor area, which was perfect for our dogs. The owners live next door, which might be worth noting, but they were friendly and respectful of our privacy. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Mark's property! It's a charming, well-cared for home in a great location. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing! Stayed here for a summer and I really felt at home. 2 min walk to the beach, surf view from the balcony, friendly neighbors, all good stuff. Came with dishes and towels and everything too. Good seafood around and the beach has local events. Can't recommend enough. Host is also incredible to work with, I had a really great experience with them.

We enjoyed our stay, we loved that it was close to beach and to our son's military base. The pictures were exactly what the place looked like. William is a great host and communication was excellent. We enjoyed having the kitchen to be able to prepare home cooked meals for our son. Would definitely recommend this place and should we ever get this way again, we would definitely stay here.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect location for me to catch the boat to the Channel Islands, with the Harbor just five minutes away. D’s home is very comfortable and welcoming, and I had a large mastersuite with closet space and a big, hotel-quality bathroom to myself. (Fragrance-free, too, as she described!) After hiking all day on Santa Cruz Island, it felt wonderful to come back and be greeted by D, and enjoy a long, hot shower, and a comfortable bed and a peaceful quiet sleep. D is a wonderful host, and I truly enjoyed meeting her. I felt like I was visiting a friend. Thank you!
