Vacation rentals with a patio in Channel Islands Beach

Natalie’s airbnb was a life saver for my family during a power outage nearby at our house. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. This airbnbs location was perfect with a close proximity to the beach. They also provided beach toys and a wagon for easy transport. Another favorite about this place was the amazing backyard. This was the perfect spot for kids and hanging out, perfect for families. The grocery store was another great thing because it was so close and easily walkable. Thank you for the memories!

Julie’s place is pristine - and built with care and quality. The area is also gorgeous with amazing hikes a 10-15 min drive away.

3 minute walk to the beach! Great for our family with a 4 year and 1 year old. No stairs, enclosed yard and open floor plan.

Booked Jennifer's very last minute after being evacuated due to the wildfires in LA, and she was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The house is great. Just on the outskirts of town, so it's quiet and peaceful, but close enough to everything you might need. Couldn't have been a better escape from the smoke and chaos of LA. Already planning the next visit.

Very spacious house. Had a friendsgiving with our buddies and the living room is a very nice and open layout. Also has a ton of board games, we were playing Monopoly, Black Jack, and Poker on the Poker table that was there. Overall great experience!

We had to evacuate due to the recent fires and needed a place to stay quickly and close by. Souroosh's home was the perfect spot for us. We were still near to our home but could bring our valuables and pets to a safe location. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfy beds. Souroosh was very responsive and very helpful in what was otherwise a very stressful situation.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. We had such a wonderful stay at Melissa’s place. We were evacuated due to fires close to our home and our plans were in flux. Melissa was flexible and accommodating during a really stressful time and having one less thing to worry about was such a relief. The goodie basket with wine and sparkling water in the fridge was such a nice touch and the house was pristine. Our dogs LOVED the yard. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay, we loved that it was close to beach and to our son's military base. The pictures were exactly what the place looked like. William is a great host and communication was excellent. We enjoyed having the kitchen to be able to prepare home cooked meals for our son. Would definitely recommend this place and should we ever get this way again, we would definitely stay here.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb on the third floor was nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of more than a week, we were continually impressed by the serene ambiance and views of Port Hueneme Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself was well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony while soaking in the panoramic views. Waking up to the sound of the humming birds was a highlight of our mornings. The location was perfect for those looking to explore the local area. Being so close to the beach, we spent hours walking along the sandy shores, enjoying the sunsets, and indulging in beach activities. This may be the cleanest and neatest place I’ve ever stayed at. It looks like it was either just built or just fully remodeled. We felt like we might be the first people to have stayed there after the remodel. I almost felt guilty taking things out of the pristinely organized drawers. This place is also very convenient if you have older folks with you, since there is an elevator from the garage and one of the full bedrooms is on the floor without any stairs. We had a few minor questions and the host responded within a few minutes to resolve them. The place is right next to the freeway, as in you can see the cars and almost touch the sound wall. We were pleasantly surprised that there was almost no noise when the windows are closed There was a small convenience market half a block down the street with surprisingly good freshly made Mexican food

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
