Raúl and Mariluz's apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and seen as in the photos. The location is great: there are supermarkets, shops, laundries, restaurants and other services nearby. It's easy to get around on foot and with public transportation. The apartment is very well equipped for cooking and works for long stays. Raúl and Mariluz were also always kind and attentive to any questions or requests. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

The stay was very good. The room had comfortable beds and enough space. There was a small detail with the cleanliness of the apartment, but outside of that everything was excellent.

A beautiful, comfortable and pleasant place, it felt like being at home, the price is worth it, very attentive the person who attended us I recommend the place!

Everything is excellent. It is exactly the same as the pictures. The instructions at the beginning are a little difficult (maybe because it automatically translates to my cell phone from Spanish to English), but as soon as you grab the wave, it is super easy to get in and out of the place. You only have to bring the keys and the button on the zaguán when you leave. It helped me almost instantly when we had a problem with the bathroom. Thank you very much. The only thing we had was that there was almost no hot water for bathing and that the internet was slow. He offered to send someone to check the hot water but we couldn't do that because we were almost not in the house at convenient times. Still, I highly recommend the place. Although more for a family of 2 than 4 (it gives you a lot of sun in the morning in the bed in the living room).

Comfortable, clean, central and private place, you reach the center with ease...all cool.

I will be back. Very good location, easy exit and access to different important streets in the city. Entry is like being at home. And the details are very good point: books, coffee makers, filters for the same, coffee, purified water. Alexa that helps you with the lights and music. I really liked the closet that allows you to unpack easy and the coat rack in the room. The desk and the lamp to work on. 100% recommended.

Very quiet place & safe. Jazmin is very helpful and sends all the precise instructions to not have any inconvenience. Nearby you can take course for different places to visit.

It was a short stay, but as I said and showed in photos, very clear instructions and easy to get to. Very comfortable really.

I couldn’t have been happier with staying at Susana’s place. The location was ideal for my first visit as well as attending LA Calle Spanish school. I enjoyed the apartment, but what stood out most was the hosts recommendations and helpful tips. I would recommend and would stay again myself.

Everything was perfect during the stay, just as it was in the photos. I give it 5 stars, the only thing for some they will not like is that there is a bit of noise from a nearby bar at night, but it is the price to pay for the great location this place has. I would definitely stay right there again. Easy access and everything super close to walk to all places. It's worth it.

Excellent place

I recommend it 100%. The hosts were incredible. As soon as we arrived, they made us a list of everything there is to do in the area (and there is plenty to do). They are always willing to help! The place is very safe, there is a small courtyard sharing with other people (who were just as amazing). Very quiet. Everything's functional. We are 15 mins from the center. They also have a good plan to rent a car (thank you again by the way). Thanks Juan and Tere for a great stay. We'll come to your place if we go back to Merida!
