Good experience, not so close to downtown but quiet area. There are few shops but it comes from everything by Rappi and Didi. House in good condition, has all the amenities in the description, the beds are comfortable and it is easy to access 👌

Super nice house , very good host service, I plan to come back without a doubt . Also that the location is very good because 5 min away is Chedraui , Suburbia and restaurants . Very satisfied with my stay .

We really enjoyed staying here for 2.5 weeks. The house is HUGE with lots of space and a swimming pool. The house was very well equipped for our stay even with drinking water and a bidet in the bathroom! The large king beds were very comfortable. The Internet was fast and stable, the kitchen was great to cook in with everything needed. The area is quiet and safe and is about 15mins walk from the center square. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Thank you Armando for your attention from the moment we booked. The location is very good if the intention is to visit the beautiful beaches, although also from downtown it is 15 minutes away. Nuria's place checks all the boxes and then some. Top appliances/well maintained. Spacious clean bedroom and bathroom....comfortable bed. Bottled water supplied and ground coffee. Easy remote access to park the car in the garage with a locked door that leads into the residence. Camera located outside of the garage. Great wifi and cable TV. Nuria is communicative and immediately available to answer any questions. Residence has both natural light and fixtures. Nuria has everything covered from toothbrushes(Not that I needed) to laundry detergent. For breakfast I recommend El Barrio(3 minutes away) an absolute must.... was my favorite...tops! La Temaxena(mercado Galvez 2nd floor)....great service/food...try shrimp dishes, Sopa de Lima and lemonade with Chaya. Easy walk to all...Gracias Nuria!

We loved visiting Merida and staying at Mariana's beautiful home. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for each to have privacy but also come together for breakfast, share the pool and plan excursions and dinners. There are many activities to do in and around Merida, and we found having our own cars was very helpful for getting out into the larger area. Having garage space at the house was great, as street parking is a bit tricky by the house. Around town, we walked, as there are many great restaurants, museums and shops within close range. Additionally, it was very fun for us was having Mariana's housekeeper, Librada, make breakfast for us each day. She was a delightful person and a great cook! We would love to visit Merida again and if we do, we hope we can stay at Mariana's home again.

The accommodation was excellent, just as we expected, the host was always very attentive, we will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

I highly recommend staying here! It was within a half mile (or even closer) to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, plazas, and the grocery store, so we could walk everywhere or easily catch an Uber. Terry responded quickly to every communication and was very helpful. The place itself was beautiful and comfortable (ceiling fans and air conditioning in the rooms, Wi-Fi, and lots of TV options). The kitchen had everything we needed, including a stove, full fridge and freezer, pots/pans, plates/bowls/utensils, spices, and even storage bowls with lids. Terry also provided plenty of filtered drinking water. Without a doubt, we stayed in the right place for our family.

It was a great place for a couple of nights and Adam was a very responsive and accommodating host. There are a lot of great restaurants in area around 15mins walk and close to other parts in the center to walk around and see.

The house is INCREDIBLE, very careful, you can see the care of José Luis in his maintenance and in making sure that nothing is missing The spaces are very comfortable and functional, the pool is very enjoyable and the service of José Luis is incredible I agree that the photos do not do the property justice, it is much nicer to see it live!

Very friendly, they allowed us in earlier because we had a course close to there. They communicated before and during the stay to make it the most pleasant stay. Clean and tidy, highly recommended.

Nice comfortable house, images and description are accurate. Good communication from Rosi. As a family with children, we tend to cook a little more. Would be great to have a couple more fry pans and pots and perhaps a toaster too. Would be great to have micorwavable dishes too to use in the microwave. House is in a local neighbourhood, 25 minute walk to historic square and further to other areas. Good to have a car or catch taxi to further areas.

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

This is a beautiful house- recently and tastefully designed and furnished with good facilities. The hosts were particularly accommodating, flexible and responsive. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful six-night stay at Casa del Árbol. The house is a beautiful combination of historic architecture and modern amenities. Lovingly restored and tastefully decorated with many personal touches, it has huge common areas spread over multiple rooms, exceptionally comfortable and private bedrooms, its own pool and second-floor terrace. Jérôme was an incredible host. He responded instantly to any questions. He was easily reachable and always in touch with incredible local and authentic recommendations. Gastronomy, sightseeing even birding ! This truly felt like concierge service or staying at the home of a local friend. Thank you Jérôme, merci, gracias.
