The place is great! We felt right at home, we didn't miss anything - Gianna and Brian thought of everything and provided all the necessary information in advance. They were always available and very friendly. Each of the bedrooms leads to the pool - a really nice haven to relax in. 100% referral. :)

Very modern, clean house with beautiful design. The host quickly responded to my messages and was helpful. The surroundings were certainly but not so nice. We were constantly on the road, so it didn't bother us. And in the house we felt very comfortable. We would recommend it.

We loved this awesome compound for a group of friends in town for a wedding. It has a good amount of privacy, space, and has two pools. We loved interacting with Librada. The location is near to many things in Centro.

Casa Gardenia is the most comfortable, convenient, and beautiful home that my family and I have stayed in. It's hard to describe the tranquility of the inner courtyard, the bright feeling you get on the roof deck, the usefulness of the living room and kitchen. Everything you need is there -- the home is a bright and airy oasis in the lovely city of Merida. Nothing but positives: * Quiet street where there's always parking * Historic part of the city just blocks away from Paseo Montejo. Multiple coffee shops nearby. Also don't miss the excellent food at Ramiro Cocina - 2 blocks away * Powerful a/c and fans! * Gerardo and Casa Gardenia team are incredible. Friendly, helpful, lovely to chat with This home has everything. The plants, the pool, the colorful Bougainvillea create an incredible space that we hope to return to. Thomas's place is a palace! Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and the historic downtown. Check in and parking were easy, and we received great support from the hotel throughout our stay. The pool and patio provided an oasis on hot and humid afternoons as well as a great hangout spot day or night. A beautiful place to enjoy an authentic stay in Merida.

I have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs over the years and this is one of the best. Terrific suite with access to a terrific pool. Communication with the host was excellent. However, be aware that this location is away from the historical Centro. You will need to walk 30.min or drive there. Still, excellent place to stay.

The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a long term stay, and Nicte even provided a table lamp and a pitcher for water. Also we had a cleaning free of charge during our stay what was extremely nice! Wi-Fi is really good. The location is peaceful but about 35-40 minutes walk to the center (although there is a bus stop near the house or you can take an Uber). Nicte and her father were very helpful and responsive, they even gave us recommendations which cenotes to visit. Recommend this place!

Everything was excellent with the accommodation, from arrival to departure. Also there were details that did not count on, for example the laundry available with soap, I no longer had to buy. The only thing I could suggest is that they renovate a couple of pans, but actually everything is super good and the best, which were always available to answer my doubts.

The apartment has everything you need, only that the ubication is not close to the center of Mérida, the advantage is that it passes transport that takes you downtown. Communication with Erika was very prompt and friendly, at all times he remained available for any questions. Appreciate the attention is appreciated.

Great place, clean, spacious and super located. Just a topic that is not good and probably some other guest left it like that and it is the coffee machine that had coffee rests stuck and it was not possible to use it
