Fantastic place to stay in a quiet neighborhood in Merida. Ms. Tere is so nice and the other hosts communicated well with instructions or any questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so that paired with the AC after a hot day walking around in Merida was heavenly, and I never wanted to leave. Wifi also works great.

A very nice place to vacation in Merida. Close to supermarkets, squares and pharmacies, the host was always attentive and had all the amenities that are advertised in the listing.

Luis and Carlos’ place is a perfect place to stay while exploring Merida. We were able to park our car in the courtyard for the duration of our stay as we had no desire to drive in Merida. No need to as everything worth seeing is a walkable distance. There’s pizza place across the street ‘Pizza e core’ that has a wood fired oven and they make the best pizza in Merida and possibly Mexico it is so great. Carlos greeted us warmly, helped us unpack the car and showed us everything we needed to know. Thank you for you hospitality. The bedroom is relatively quiet because we could exit to the courtyard, and the kitchen and living room separated us from the street noise. The kitchen was simple but modern and had everything we needed, and I could say the same about the bedroom which was roomy and not cluttered with furniture.

excellent option, clean, nice and safe

We stayed two nights while we were visiting Merida. Nice clean place, less than 10 minutes from the city. We enjoyed cooling off in the plunge pool at the end of a hot day. It is located next to a restaurant that plays loud music all day, but as soon as we went indoors and closed the door we couldn't hear it at all, so it didn't bother us.

Located in a very walkable neighbourhood with groceries and amenities nearby. Quiet, safe building and very comfortable unit, great for long-term stays. Hot shower and washer/dryer a plus. Gracias por todo!

I rented it for my parents, everything was good, immediate attention and centrally located.

The area is a bit far from downtown, approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car. However, there were many activities and areas to walk around, such as squares, restaurants, clubs and small outdoor attractions. Personally, I would come back, because it is quite peaceful.

My husband and me felt great in this place, is peaceful, private, the location is very good to go to the downtown area and return, near of the airport, the place was exactly the description, very quietly, comfortable, simply excellent to me, I like very much.
