Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Central Seberang Perai

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

This was a convenient location for our visit to our family nearby, and for our visits to the area. Shinly communicated with us before and during our visit. The flat had a good range of facilities, and was as advertised. We would be very pleased to stay there again if on a future visit.

Soon Lye’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment is very spacious – way more than what we expected. It is very nicely decorated, and you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay (the washer and filter water were a big plus for us). Great location on Chulia Street, one of the most popular streets in Georgetown. You can easily walk to all the main sights. Plenty of places to eat around. Soon Lye was a super host. He let us have an early check-in and a late check-out, which were so much appreciated, and he was always very quick to reply to any of my queries. Thank you for everything Soon Lye!

The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable, the bedding is very good to sleep, the view is very good, the location is convenient, it is convenient to walk to the shopping mall, the coffee shop downstairs is also delicious, the apartment is equipped with a gym and swimming pool, Definitely, we will come back again.

I really really enjoyed my stay even for a few hours 🥰 Host: Sunny was truly so kind for letting me book a place for a few hours rest. I arrived early morning from my flight and needed a place to crash until my next flight in the evening. He was so accommodating and understanding. Sunny also recommended a few places nearby for food 😍 they were good! Place: The unit was gorgeous. Impeccably clean, neat and tidy. And the BED. Omg the bed and the pillows… I almost missed my flight cuz I was so comfy. I'm not even kidding. And the little things? Like the soap and shampoo actually smelled amazing and didn't feel like that weird, cheap hotel stuff. Plus, he even had conditioner! I cannot live without them cuz my hair would go frizzy. I know this may not seem like a big deal to some but he even had good quality toilet paper 😍 Honestly, it was all just perfect. I can't wait to come back and actually stay longer next time. Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Really enjoyed the apartment and I felt comfortable right away! It's spacious and bright with a wonderful view. Great having a microwave, washing machine and dryer, plus a water filter machine so you don't have to buy water. The TV is preloaded with an app that has a lot of content from all the streaming services (Netflix, Disney. AppleTV, Max, etc) so you don't need to (won't be able to) use your own account. Very convenient having a convenience store and Starbucks in the building. Highly recommend!

Amazing home with superb beds and beautiful decor and colours . What amaze me was the thoughtful touches such as foldable/large umbrella by the door, home slippers , board games , multiple hangers , layout of dine in and living room to accommodate large groups . Truly appreciate the owner flexibility on the checkin request and prompt communications . This locations is near many high rated cafe in George Town and just 7 min walk to the various jetty . Look forward to be back again

Mairaz's place truly make our Raya a memorable ones. Its tip-top cleanliness, complete with amenities (washing machine/dryer, microwave, coway, Netflix/satellite tv, etc.) & cozy + spacious home is great for family staycation. Highly recommended!

Homestay very big and comfortable. We had some issue and the owner very responsive. On day 2 there is issue with water but then the owner very responsive and come to see our condition. The area is really peaceful and is few mins walk to karpal singh drive. Whole house is comfortable and has enough equipments like kitchenware, body shampoo and big garage. Very recommended 👍🏻

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The location was incredibly peaceful, offering beautiful sunset and a stunning sea view that made every day special. The house itself was charming, and I especially enjoyed the fish pond, which added a tranquil touch to the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. Cheap price for the 5 day 4 night stay. Walkable distance to USM for my convocation in addition to various Kedai Kopi. Place is clean, free of clutter and complete with essentials. 11/10 recommended. Will rent from him again if I return to Penang.

Pricey Airbnb-friendly condo located next to Marriott hotel. Worth a stay since the views are exceptional and the location is quite central too. A unique property where on one hand you see the coast, and on the other, you see the city and Penang hill. Walkable to the nearby park where many people jog in the morning if you jaywalk across a busy road with the hand. Walkable also to nearby Gurney mall and food centres. Carpark is wide and spacious but look out for the corner mirrors. Toilets are flawlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Bath towels are excellent quality. Free mineral water is a nice touch. Only trouble is Netflix tv needs to be manually connected to wifi sometimes. Nearby are busy roads so opening the windows lets both air and sounds in. Not as windy as north facing units but that’s the trade off for sunrise apartments facing east.
