Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Seberang Perai

The flat was perfect all round! Lovingly and cosily furnished, very clean, super equipped. The apartment is located in a great residential complex and nice neighbourhood. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back on our next stay in Penang! Nikky made sure we had a pleasant stay, also for long term rental. There is a weekly cleaning service which makes a great job. Even drinking water and laundry detergents is provided and filled up, just to name two examples. Internet is stable with around 30Mbits for having video calls without any issues. For exploring Georgetown and the island a motorbike or car is recommended to be flexible, but it’s also doable by grab. One of the best AirBnBs, definitely.

We just stopped by for a night. The place is clean as expected. Provided hair dryer, clean towels without us requesting. But this unit only provides 1 car park. But we managed to find a car park on the road side beside the condo. Otherwise, visitor parking will be charged on hourly basis, capped at Rm12.

My husband and I wanted to stay in a condo in Penang to see how it would feel to 'live' there versus just visit. Shinly's lovely place fit the bill. The range of restaurants at the quay and having Sam's Groceria two minutes away was brilliant. The condo itself was perfect as a home away from home with a kitchen, some cooking ability, a separate bedroom and two bathrooms, a comfy living area, a balcony- nice to dry clothes - and a washer. The standout for us was the beautiful swimming pool with fragrant frangipani trees overlooking it. We swam everyday. The gym is great too with a treadmilI and weights, and a really nice tennis court. We enjoyed ambling around the quay, especially in the evening when it's cooler and quite lively, with couples, families, and dog walkers. All the restaurants have outdoor seating, so it was fun to people watch. Shinly was an excellent hostess, helpful, quick to respond, and very organized.

The house is clean and well facilitated with amenities. Surprising the balcony also clean of dust altough it is at the higher floor. wide balcony space and great seaview are the selling point for this stay. you can spend a wonderful evening time with family. The unit located at the corner lot, feel quiet and peaceful. only drawback is the carpark. parking area is narrow which is challenging for bigger and bulkier car. there is also no door access to the lift at the provided parking floor which is not convenient for elderly and children as they need to walk down using the vehicle pathway, can be quite dangerous. suggest to drop off elder and children at the lobby before enter to the parking.

This place is very clean … and super nice .. the pool area is beautiful with a view of the city .. we walked into the town each day very walkable .. And the host was so pleasant .. would stay again :)

A nice old fashioned home and the place comfortably accommodates 6 people with 2 bathrooms. Right at the city and within 5-10 mins walk to all the famous restaurants. There is a projector with large screen which is unique! The host was very responsive and accommodating. Only thing that bothered us was its little noisy at night as it is closed to the bars/pubs. We enjoyed the stay as it was convenient to get around.

We are 6 adults staying at Apple’s place. We stayed there for 1 week and we absolutely loved the place. The location is perfect, walking distance to Gurney Plaza which is one of the top shopping malls in Penang. Apple’s place has a simple yet modern design. The check in direction is easy to follow and host is easy to approach. The house location is in the main of Georgetown which all famous spots just 5~10 minutes driving distances. The house space is big enough to fit 11ppls and look exactly as per the pictures. A great stay in Penang.

The location was in a great spot, super close to 711, cafés, and restaurants. It was nice and quiet too, which was a plus. The host was awesome-really responsive and gave clear instructions. The place itself was just okay, nothing special, but it matched the price. Overall, not a bad deal!

Staying at Mr. Chan's place was a new and exciting experience. From the moment I entered, I was amazed by the minimalist arrangement of the furniture and interior decor. There was a fully equipped kitchen and a TV with lots of entertaining movies. The internet was fast, and the bathroom was clean. Mr. Chan is a host who truly values quality. He loves sharing useful information with his guests. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. I will definitely stay here again!

The host is very responsive, quick to solve my requests. The condo unit and the building are all very clean, the facilities are great. The only con is it's not very walkable to downtown area, and there is no decent restaurant within walking distance, the taxi ride is very cheap though. Overall is a great stay.

Great homely place for families. Carpark is on a higher floor so took a short while to drive down the ramps but everything else was great.

The stay at Chris's place was really amazing. It's exactly what you see in the photos and the unit is very clean. The best part is you can step out of lift at Ground floor and walk within 3-4 mins to the beach. Very ideal location. Batu Feringgi in general is great but Chris's place added a lot value in this trip. He is also very kind and responsive to all the questions and even provided some local food tips. Highly recommended and have a wonderful stay here.
