Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Seberang Perai

It was a very nice stay, very clean & tidy. The location is also very good, very close to anywhere in Georgetown. We all enjoyed it very much and will come back next time if given the chance

Nikky is a charming caring host. Every consideration in fitting out this well equipped apartment. All of our needs were anticipated. Great kitchen, clean linen and towels provided. Fluffy pillows the apartment was decorated beautifully. Wonderful peaceful balcony overlooking the tennis court and pool, away from the noisy night clubs. My first experience with AirBnB in Penang and it was excellent! Beautifully furnished room, pleasant and clean, exactly as advertised. The host was excellent throughout the process, all the communications were proactive and friendly, I really appreciated it. I would recommend the property and the host highly. The apartment is really big and like in the pictures, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, day area huge too, with nice balcony. The beach is close and the swimming pool is nice with a kids area. You can take grab to move around or the bus that is connected to George town. The electricity bill is to pay out of the price if you use air conditioning, but honestly there was no need, just keep the windows open. The only flaw is the smell in the house I imagine due to being close for a long time, would be nice a deep clean. Overall a good solution to stay in the peace out of the city!

Owner is responsive and kind. The house is comfort and cozy style, i love the modern style furniture, and i think it is so worth it and suitable for family accommodation. The best view of outer corridor here with sea and city view. Overall, all is okay and just nice. Thank you very much !

The place is very clean and everything was easy with the check in and host had really clear instructions, was very happy with the kitchen amenities, airconds were cold enough. Beds smell great and clean. Love the layout of the place and looks exactly like the photos. Had an amazing time staying at the place. Will definitely come again. Plus point to the amazing view !

We lived at this place just prior to Christmas - the whole house was decorated with a Christmas-sy feel. The house had all the amenities and we felt right at home.

Says exactly what's on the listing - very adequate for a short stay. Loved the pool and facilities, the fact that there was a restaurant and also a 24 hour shop - great for us without a car! But the Grab taxis needed the photos provided by host to get us there, and had some trouble finding us when we wanted a pickup.

Great stay and comfortable. Diwen was easy to communicate with, and we loved the Michelin guide map with nearby restaurant recommendations. The kids had fun, and we ended up extending our stay.

We’re so happy to have discovered this amazing spot! It’s perfectly located right in the heart of the action, yet tucked away on a quiet street. There are so many fantastic cafes nearby, and the townhouse itself is peaceful and serene. The kitchen was the highlight for us—we loved spending our evenings there. Mornings on the upstairs balcony were so relaxing, too. Our host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, and we even extended our stay because we loved it so much. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return someday!

I love staying in Apple's property. The interior design of the house is cozy and exquisite. Apple is a responsive host. She even recommended me a few must-go restaurant nearby the neighborhood. When comes to toilet, I really love the water pressure inside the property, me and my family had a really great stay in the property!

The check in direction is easy to follow and host is easy to approach. The house location is in the main of Georgetown which all famous spots just 5~10 minutes driving distances. The house space is big enough to fit 11ppls and look exactly as per the pictures. A great stay in Penang.

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious, and an economic homestay that is worth and staying at for a trip with family and friends.

The location was in a great spot, super close to 711, cafés, and restaurants. It was nice and quiet too, which was a plus. The host was awesome-really responsive and gave clear instructions. The place itself was just okay, nothing special, but it matched the price. Overall, not a bad deal!

Overall amazing stay. Enjoyed the apartment with easy access to amenities. Felt right at home. This whole process was made easy and possible due to the responsive host who then became a friend. Assisted w bookings too. Also delightful to know there is separate utensil for Muslim guests who may appreciate this thoughtfulness. Overall well done 👍

The other reviews are accurate and still valid eg the photos are accurate, everything is clean etc. So I will elaborate on other points: Apartment is on the 26th floor. The pool, gym and sauna are amazing, great 360 degree views from there on the 29th floor. Co-working space on the 28th floor. 3 lifts in the blding. Grab into Georgetown Little India is a 10 to 20 min trip depending on traffic, costing around 10 ringit, to airport around 30 ringit, 45 mins. The host is super friendly, accommodating and responsive. 150% would stay there again.

Fast response from host to provide solutions. Place clean and tidy. Strategic place and have a lot wonderful memories here.

Our family (with two kids ages 2 and 4) had a wonderful stay at the home. It is large and spacious, the outdoor areas are lovely and the beach is ok (the water is not that delicious, but it's possible). We would definitely come again 🤩
