Excellent stayed well ！cleaned houses and comfortable bed

Great host! Clear instruction and easy to check in.

This is our 4th time staying at this place. It’s so convenient for older folks. The internet was down this but host very responsive to call TM. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the internet when it was working again as we had checkout. There are new shops (convenient store, little snacks shop same row as Mixue, convenient store), just walking distance outside the condo. We had a fun time in Ipoh while staying here.

Zowik was very responsive to my request and the booking was easily done. Zowik, afterwards, gave clear instructions of how to check-in, where to park the car and how to get there. The house looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Tidy, clean, complete with basic utensils if you feel like eating at home and as well as Zowik prepared iron board, iron and hairdryer too. The most thing i like about this place is the location, which it is in the middle of the city. It was very easy and nearby to go to local attractions and just 25 minutes away from the Lost World of Tambun. I would say this is extremely worth the money and I would repeat if I go to Ipoh with my family or friends again.

Nice and pleasant place to stay, just walking distance to sunway lost world tambun. The swimming pool and onsen pool are absolutely great. There is currently construction work going on, so it is slightly noisy. Apart from this, it is good.

Overall, it was a very nice stay at Donald's place. The Majestic Tower, though not a new building, is well maintained. The unit on the 12th floor offers a nice city view, and the cleanliness—especially the spotless floors—is impressive! With three rooms, it feels spacious and comfortable. A couple of things could enhance the experience: adding a washer and dryer for long-term stays and fixing the slightly broken chain lock for better security. Still, it was a great stay!

Thank you hosts for the great hospitality. My family loved the stay as it was very comfortable and convenient. If I had to repeat, will definitely choose this stay again. Thanks host!

We made a last-minute booking after running into some unexpected issues with our previous Airbnb, and this place turned out to be a great find! The host was incredibly responsive — we received check-in instructions almost immediately after booking, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The home itself was spacious and well-suited for our big group. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private location, which made our stay feel peaceful and relaxed. Would definitely book again!

This is our second stay at this Airbnb, and the house is just as clean, tidy, and comfortable as before. I would like to express my appreciation to the host for kindly arranging a steamer upon my request and offering us the option to check in early. If the host could look into the water pressure issue in the upstairs bathroom, it would be an added benefit for future guests.

Strategic location near a lot of eateries. Parking may not be available at all times, depending on the timing. Spacious room and whole unit. Highly recommended if you are on an Ipoh food trip.

A very tastefully renovated and furnished house at a quiet neighborhood very nearby to the Pasir Pinji Pokok Besar Food restaurant. Wifi is quick and the TV box has lots of movies to watch. Owner is proactive in providing check-in instructions. Brought along my cat and even she felt at home with the place. 😊

We had a great weekend stay in kj's place. Well maintained old school design setup. My choco boy enjoy the stay too & he sleeps soundly. We enjoy hanging out and chill at the dining area as the natural lights comes into the hall. Water pressure of the 2 bathroom is good. Toilets are clean. Rooms are clean and bed and pillows are good and we rested well. Kitchen is clean and useful. Neighbourhood is quiet and friendly and safe too. Fully occupied area with families around. For food we drive 10 to 15mins to our local favourites in town. Nearby coffee shops are also available. It's a great place to chill n rest.

Beautiful and clean apartment with comfortable beds, nice little kitchen, cozy living and dining area. It has all the necessities eg. mini-fridge, water dispenser, robot vacuum cleaner, dish steriliser, hair dryer, etc. Ann, the host, was very responsive to all messages, communicates clearly and flexible with check in time. Definitely highly recommended!

My friends and I were in Perak for a wedding and looking for some place to stay overnight. This airbnb really met my expectations. They got some of my important things that I'm looking for which are water filter, iron and iron board. Our staycation at this place really met our expectations !

Very strategic location. A lot of amnesties and good eatery nearby. Clean house. Very quiet and peaceful place. Feel very welcome here. They kept the aircond ON for us during check in
