It was worthwhile stay at Lily's place, would definitely recommend it.

Overall very very good, but you need to changes all of your towel, the towel is so fluffy that it sticks to clothes and body.

Amazing place to stay with your friends, many places to eat within walking distance and the place itself was superb in its cleanliness, size, design and amenities to accommodate 6 people. The Host himself, Soon Lye, was one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of booking from, with his thoughtfulness in gauging our time of arrival, being there and helping us check-in, recommendation of local landmarks and restaurants, as well as being extremely kind and lenient in our check-in and check-out situation. I would most definitely recommend others to book here and will be returning if I come visit Penang again.

Strategic location for family vacation

This is our second time in Penang. We tried both accommodations from the same host, and we love them. We communicated well with the host, and a group chat will be created prior to the trip. The property is located about 5-10 minutes walk away from the malls, and there are ample public parking spaces if you are driving. The photos are accurate descriptions of the rooms.

The place really clean and well organized. Very comfortable to stay. Should repeat it for the future plan.

We really enjoyed our stay at the airbnb. It had everything that we needed. The rooms are big and well equipped. The check-in was very smooth and the host is also very responsive and accommodative. The airbnb is also very close to the main food spots and would definitely return if with a big group!

the owner was very responsive and managed to fix the water heater problem within a day. the location was really convenient as it is close to batu Ferringhi and Georgetown. the air bnb was comfortable and cozy. there was also enough space to play card and board games with friends.

Sean's home was recently renovated with new tile flooring, bathroom fixtures, and appliances. It has four large bedrooms: one downstairs and three upstairs. Two upstairs bedrooms share a very nice large Jack and Jill bathroom. The master bedroom has a small bathroom. A downstairs bath with shower is also available. All showers have a water heater. All bedrooms have their own air conditioners and the downstairs also has an air conditioner. Most bedrooms have more than one bed. Sean takes great care of her guests and provides clean towels and bedding. She purchased snacks and drinks as well as toys for the kids. The Wifi works well. We were able to watch youtube on the tv but you will need help to watch other streaming sites. Sean is easy to contact and will quickly help you. We found many restaurants within a short walking distance. Six of us (three adults and three kids age 5, 7, and 9) stayed for a week and everyone enjoyed the stay with absolutely no complaints. Great location, and the host Nicole was very communicative and sweet! Clean and basic rooms but what an amazing heritage house with beautiful living spaces, great price for the entire place too! My friends and I had a lovely, memorable time there

Definitely recommend staying at Casey’s place. The location is central, getting Grab into Georgetown only took a few minutes. The 2 bedroom place with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms is extremely clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. We arrived before the checkin time but it was easy and cheap to store our bags at the Ace Mart in the building complex. Although we spent little time in the apartment there is a beautiful infinity pool, kitchen if you prefer to cook (but food is too amazing in Penang to eat in). Fantastic overall experience.

Quiet place. Easy to locate via Grab. Stunning sea view. Sunset is breathtaking. Nice and kind Angent and owner. Very responsive. Will definitely recommend if you are trying to find peaceful place to live in.

We had a great stay here. What stood out was the attention to detail, and the responsiveness of the host when we had a question. I’ve stayed at many airbnbs - and am aware that some places in tropical Malaysia have funny smells and mildewy towels - this did not! Everything was smelt great and was very clean. This was also a very well equipped airbnb - with all the kitchen equipment you need. They did not stinge on kitchen towels or laundry detergent. Bear in mind in Malaysia most places do not provide oil, salt, pepper, coffee, as in this case. Most people eat out. No fault of the host but you will encounter a high traffic of other airbnb guests at the entry and elevators during peak times. The gym is also very hot - one of the two treadmills was broken when we were there. The views were amazing and worth paying extra for. Overall this place is value for money - we would definitely recommend it.

Great location, has a bubble tea shop and a breakfast spot on the ground floor, not to mention a bunch of great food places in the 100-200m radius. My family had a great time.
