House vacation rentals in Cedar Key

We had a wonderful stay as we were visiting during a horse show at WEC. The fully fenced large yard was perfect for our dogs to play & exercise in. The enclosed pool area was very nice! We were able to comfortably spread out in this nicely laid out house with plenty of privacy. My only complaints would be bathrooms lack good water pressure and the beds were hard and would recommend getting either toppers or new mattresses for better comfort.

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

Kelly was an awesome host—highly responsive and made everything super easy. The house itself is straight out of a magazine—beautifully designed and spotless. The location is perfect, especially if you're playing at Cabot Citrus. After a long day on the course, coming back to unwind by the picture-perfect backyard and pool was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

What an Amazing trip supported by a phenomenal host, Chris. Chris is attentive to every detail. I have booked again for November and looking to do so again for next summer. Thank you Chris for making all of our experiences, memorable s ones.

This is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful, Nancy was a great hostess attentive but not overwhelming. She has a beautiful rental, and hias paid very close attention to details. We had a great time and would return. We very much enjoyed all the nature parks and local amenities.

Great accommodations for a large extended family or several families. Great set up with the two homes with pool in the center. Many extras provided by the host. Very clean. Lots of room to park and very helpful and responsive host! Comfortable beds and nice appliances with well appointed kitchens. Pool was very clean.

Lagoon Point has become our #1 go-to every year for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, accommodating, with an "at home feeling" atmosphere... so many spacious areas for our grandkids to lounge around! The pool was great... easy access to the beautiful property and water access for our airboat.. and very private! The host made it known that she was available if needed. She emailed several times before our stay informing me of what the house had available for my family. Easy check in and chech out. Everything was as listed and pictured (plus some!) This place is 100% to us!

Chuck was always very responsive. He made every effort to meet all our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

This was a wonderful experience in a beautiful home. We were so grateful to have the opportunity to stay in this very high end home with its own private pool and outdoor bricked patio. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold to get the full appreciation but Susan has created a gorgeous space that stands up to the quality of the Equestrian Hotel at the World Equestrian Center. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is in the area to attend the WEC events or anyone who wants a 5 star level accommodation. We hope to return for a longer visit.

The property was great! It was perfect for our family traveling for the weekend and was very accommodating. The host was extremely responsive with any questions. I definitely recommend this.

We are repeat visitors. As before, we loved our stay. The house is in good order, clean and comfortable. The host was attentive to our inquiries and had the blinds repaired when we mentioned that one only opened halfway. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. We appreciated the breakfast nook as well as the back porch where we could sit and watch the birds. Highly recommend!

Rented for Springbreak trip and had a fantastic stay! The house was so cute, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home—even the things we forgot to pack. The décor was charming and made the whole space feel really warm and welcoming. It was also really clean. We loved using the bikes and kayaks. The tunnels were just a short paddle away, with crystal-clear water and we found manatees every single time we went out—such an unforgettable experience. The location was also perfect for visiting Homosassa Springs State Park and exploring the area. I highly recommend— plan on visiting again!

This is my self and my family like 5 or 6 time stay at joy bird and Mary Lynn how and where do start the joy bird and Mary Lynn greeting me at the house like always and treat my self and my family like if we where there family and whatever we needed they where on it but we didn’t needed anything Bec the house was more then perfect and the house it gets more and more beautiful each time we go the house is so beautiful and so clean and so comfortable the house is more beautiful then the pictures

Nice house good location and very comfortable

We had the best time at Penny’s home. She left a cute Easter stuffed animal as a gift for our baby’s first Easter. The yard was nice and clean. We enjoyed mornings on the back patio. While visiting we got to see a mermaid show at the aquarium and visit Hommassa Springs State Park where we met the hippo. Penny baked some delicious cookies for our arrival. Her attention to details was amazing. There were baby bath towels, bath toys, and wipes in the bathroom. The bedding was super nice. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. I have never left anything in a house and whoops we left clothes behind. She shipped them back to my house. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The location was so convenient to town with lots of shops and food options nearby.

Marni is a Super Host! Very responsive and helpful. You can tell the home is extremely well kept and has all the amenities you need. This is our favorite place in Homosassa to stay and working with Marni is incredible. Any issue she has been on it and takes great care of the guest! Love the house and boat access and the ice maker at the dock is very convenient! We have seven in our group and fish all week and coming back to stay here is like being at home. Highly recommend if you are planning on using the water way. Very convenient access to places to explore around Homosassa.

Amazing House! If you have a decent size of family more than 4 people and kids and staying in that location! This is the place! Clean, cover all your needs, Besides Jessica will check with you often make sure if you need anything!

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home. We used Cris's airbnb for the bridal party to get ready before my wedding at Silver Springs. The location was close and convenient to the venue. The airbnb was beautiful, bright, spacious and perfect for all the photos taken. Although, it was a bit loud at night with trucks delivering to the back of the strip mall across the street. A light blocking shade would have been nice in the master bedroom to block the light from the neighbors spot light as well. Overall, the place was just what we were looking for and made getting ready for the big day enjoyable with plenty of rooms and bathrooms.
