Edenton was a great break on our trip to Charleston, the apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. Only setback were the workers with leaf blowers at 5:30 am! No control over that 😎 would stay here again

Great listing! Perfect for my trip from California. The host was super responsive, helpful, and kind. Quiet area, and everything worked out great. Very comfortable bed, and the heater came right in clutch as it was super cold outside.

They have provided quality amenities that show they really are concerned for the comfort of their guests. Cute, comfy, and cozy! We really enjoyed our stay at Nicki’s Rose Hideaway. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and had a great weekend relaxing, eating, and shopping. Would definitely recommend!

Always a great stay! Any and every time! Definitely recommend anytime you’re in the downtown Portsmouth area, the location is prime! Walkable to all the restaurants and entertainment! Less than 5 min to the interstate, you really can’t find a better location than here depending on the nature of your stay. Again, highly recommended!

I loved staying here. The photos provided were exact, very clean and well kept. Communication was amazing, they were always available when needed it. I would definitely recommend this space for anyone looking to enjoy what the oceanfront has to offer.

We enjoyed our time here. The space was great for our family of 9! We liked being able to walk to the water, and to play in the big front yard.

Truly our new home away from home. We just love Owen's place. Everything you could need. This was our second trip this month to his home. The kids love everything about this place (so do we). Owen is a great host and is always ready to help if anything is needed.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sea La Vie! The house was perfect and had everything we needed! We loved being able to easily walk to the beach, our favorite coffee places, and shopping! So glad our dog could join us as well! Would definitely love to stay again!

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. We booked with Debbie two years ago, and we had to book again. We plan to return to Debbie’s place in the future! The balcony is so beautiful with a great view of the beach sunrise.

Great location in Virginia Beach. Lots of restaurants, close to beach.

Our stay was wonderful! We were steps away from the beach and were provided a wagon to haul the chairs, umbrellas and cooler to the beach. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Great location to get to the wild horse tour and many restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Lynn always responded immediately with clear directions. Thank you

We had an amazing stay. The building was easy to enter, as well as the condo itself. The keyless entry is definitely a perk when you have luggage, beach chairs, children, etc. From the moment we stepped inside, we were beyond happy. Our first impression was that it smelt clean, and that everything was in a specific place and easy to find. M.J. Also set some birthday decorations out for my husband’s birthday which was an extra special touch! She also laid out two kites for my children, although we didn’t get to use those. There was more than enough cooking utensils, and she even left us cold water in the fridge for our stay. Everything she provided was so well thought out. This stay was a short trip for our family, but we loved every second. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy- and we ate already planning on returning! The condo was in close proximity to multiple restaurants and things to do, yet also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. 100% recommend this condo!

Perfect location for our trip. We were in town for a track meet at the Virginia Beach sports complex which we could easily walk to. Restaurants are within walking distance and the beach was also close. The condo was as pictured and the neighborhood(at least in January) was quiet. The vibe district was really nice. There’s art everywhere.

We love coming back to Rick’s condo for our quick getaways. It’s feels like home for us. And Rick is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to see the renovations next time we visit.

Great place and close to all of the VIrginia Beach amenities. Perfect for my out of town family to stay for the weekend. Definitely recommend.
