Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Maureen was flexible with us checking in 2hrs early. The house was clean! We got to explore the area, not much to do, but it was peaceful. Be sure to check out the trail by the COA! It was beautiful! The big fenced yard was a great addition for we had our dog with us. The pool was an added bonus! However, there was no “active pool cleaner” and there were a lot of bugs and dirt from the trees on the water—which was understandable. Other than that, everything was great! Felt right at home! Thank you for hosting us, Maureen!!

We loved this beautiful home! Beautifully decorated-calm vibe. So cozy and comfortable. I’m also an Airbnb host and I can tell you this space is wonderful! Well worth the price point! Don’t miss out on the fire pit. Something about a fire with your family by the water…it’s truly magical. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Kathy is kind and accommodating. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Can’t say enough. 10/10.

Beautiful property! Pictures don’t do it justice! Beds are absolutely amazing with great pillows and linens. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. There wasn’t anything we needed that was not there. The view is stunning and the house is immaculate. Our family came for a graduation and we were able to stay together and loved our stay in this gorgeous house! We hope to come back soon!

Great place and location. Very nicely decorated space that was relaxing and clean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise as we arrived after a long drive and enjoyed a glass before walking to dinner in town. We would stay here again and recommend to others. This place was perfect for 4 people a baby and our two dogs. The place was very nice and clean, and the surrounding area was very quiet and nice. If I make another trip I would be sure to book again.

Anna's house sits on the banks of a tranquil river. A pier, lawn chairs, binoculars, trees in the river- the whole shebang. It convinced us, on a beautiful day in May, to delay our plans to visit OBX and just enjoy what it had to offer. Only point to note that was there was some pet hair but that didn't bother us. Maybe communicate in advance if you have allergies or something. Thanks Anna for putting this up on Airbnb.
