Rene’s home was breathtaking. From early morning sunrises to witnessing full moon rise over the horizon. Beautiful and peaceful much needed from the chaos of life. Easy access to Williamsburg from the ferry small restaurants scattered throughout the county. Friends and family love the place so much that Rene‘s information was passed on for future stays. Thank you for reaching out with clear instructions, door codes along with prompt communications during the stay. I look forward to booking again this beautiful home.

We spent a few days for Thanksgiving there with our large extended family to celebrate a big family anniversary. When looking for a large space for this reunion, we were really drawn to the privacy of this location and ability to spread out and park all the cars we needed. The space fit our large family perfectly and we really appreciated having the both kitchens with the multiple refrigerators! We enjoyed the privacy and the waterfront views. Though you do need to take stairs to get into the house, the elders did appreciate that there were 3 bedrooms on the main floor (2 above and 2 below with the game room). Even with 20 people, you could find a private corner or space to slip away if needed. We spent most of our time in the kitchen which had good space to work with. The younger kids utilized the pickleball court, kayaks, game room, and fire pit. Though it was a little cold outside when we visited, I'm sure in the warmer months, this place is even better!

Excellent location right on the Chesapeake Bay, and fantastic communication. Host always responded within an hour or even less, even a month ahead of our reservation. I echo all the other positive reviews for this property and how exactly it matches the photos. Couple things to note for future tenants 1. The two private piers/docks (shown in listing photos) beside this property are not accessible by guests. Those belong to other houses. 2. Running water has a yellow tinge. Host explained that it is due to mineral deposits in the entire neighborhood but it’s completely safe for drinking and other use. However, I have chronic GI problems and often get constipation from mineral rich water. So I bought cartons of drinking water from the nearby Food Lion.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is charming with plenty of room. We particularly loved being able to stay in a home where so many original features have been maintained. The neighborhood is lovely and close to anything you may need. Mr. Witten is a very attentive host and makes himself available for his guests.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.

Our family's stay at Dana's Bayfront Beach house was absolutely lovely. The house was spacious and looked exactly like the photos with breathtaking views from every room. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise over the bay in the mornings and the moon rising over a sky full of stars at night. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were Osprey, Jellyfish, crabs, herons and gulls that we could watch from the pier. The kitchen was large and well appointed with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and we particularly loved the Ninja toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the AC and ceiling fans which kept us cool even during a very warm and humid week! Thanks Dana! We hope to come back again soon!

We enjoyed a wonderful adult girls weekend at Lisa's beautiful, clean, wonderfully decorated and welcoming home. It was 8 of us- all had our own beds, great spaces to spend time together and celebrate! Lisa's was very responsive, hospitable, courteous and went above and beyond with so many extra touches to help our girls weekend to be extremely memorable. We will certainly be back and for the years I've been renting on airbnb, I can say this was the cleanest, most hospitable and accommodating place and owner!
