Vacation rentals with a soaking tub in Caribbean Sea

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

Excellent stay for my wife’s 40th birthday surprise vacation. Nomar and staff were great and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and requests. Would stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! Really nice place, close to a lot of small restaurants and shops. Close enough to things, yet, it felt private. Neighbors were fairly quiet most of the time. Local taxis on the main road were fair and honest in our experience. Cleaning service was okay, pool service was good. Felt like a nice oasis for our family, we would definitely come back and stay again if ever in Tulum.

Very nice place, excellent accommodation

Our hosts were super responsive, friendly, and provided several recommendations and tips on things to do in the area or how to navigate. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach, available beach supplies, and our kids utilized some of the puzzles they had in the unit. We felt safe in the area and liked that it had multiple gates to access the unit as well as a garage. We’d recommend it and rebook if visiting in this area again.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! The place was just as described, well equiped. The hosts were more than responsive, they volunteered to drive us to the stores to get started. Any minor issue and they were on it, and there were only minor issues not worth mentioning. We in turn broke a glass and they haven't mentioned anything (hi, sorry). As scheduled, cleaners came after a few days, pool guy and gardener too. Pool was nice but too small to do laps, good to practice turns. Our issues were a barking dog who enjoyed the night too much, but that happens everywhere. Other was the neighbour's water system broke and we were treated to jack hammers, just our bad luck and nothing to do with the hosts, we visited the friendly workers most days to see their progress and chat.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

The house has a unique decoration, a beautiful art. The neighborhood is peaceful surrounded by nature. Miguel was very helpful and shared a lot of things to do in the town.
