Condo vacation rentals in Caribbean Sea

This was our second stay at Browne’s Condominiums, which offers an excellent location—conveniently situated near a small shopping center and within walking distance of a grocery store (1.4 km) and the beautiful Carlisle Bay (3.4 km) renowned as one of the top beaches in the world. If walking is not your thing, buses, vans and taxis are plentiful to get you to your destination. Toby’s place provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for small families or couples. We encountered a minor issue with a piece of furniture, but it was addressed promptly and effectively. Given its increasing popularity, I found it fully booked for 2026, which speaks to its appeal. I highly recommend considering this condo for your stay, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning!

The place is exactly as described. Clean and spacious living space plus the balcony is helpful to hang wet clothes/towels and has a nice silhouette view of the sunrise and water. The parking spot is helpful and location’s proximity to activities in Fajardo is great. There are many beaches nearby if you don’t want to be in the one right next to this apartment which is a block away. But, we did go there when we were in between activities and only wanted to go for an hour or two. I know some reviews talk about no AC in the living room and yes, that’s true - but you can compensate by opening the bedroom doors as those units are strong plus the fans in the living space. Coming from someone who needs AC at all times while indoor, this worked out just fine. Lastly, leaving snacks and drinks is a nice touch and there is leftover suntan lotion and aloe vera - which we ended up needing and using the latter!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. But hands down, our favorite part was the pool. Most of the time, we had it completely to ourselves, along with the hot tub, which made it feel like our own private resort. The trees and lush plants surrounding the pool gave serious luxury vibes. Inside, everything was spotless. Watching the sunset from any of the three balconies felt like a dream. We also really appreciated the extras, beach towels, a cooler, and chairs made our beach days super easy. The location couldn’t have been better in my opinion! Only 8–12 minutes from Arashi, Palm, and Eagle Beach, and about 40 minutes to Baby Beach (which is 100% worth the drive!). There’s even a mini market just 2 minutes away with better prices than the big supermarkets. I thought Peter’s place looked much better than the photos advertised. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival and would definitely stay here again if returning to the island. Thank you Peter. Oh and having the rental was a great bonus without much hassle. Convenient to get around, which is needed.

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped. Comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay at Guillermo's place with whom the communication was very nice. We will be back!

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

This is the third time we have stayed at Diana’s place. As a host, she is incredibly responsive and friendly. The condo is perfect for families, the pool is outstanding and the beaches are perfection.

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

The host was very nice and responded very fast anytime i had a question. The area is very nice and the place is very clean. Everyone in the building is nice and friendly and there i a lot of things to do. I would definitely come back again 10/10

Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems. Javier is a wonderful host. Our flight was delayed and he met us at 1:30 AM. He offered great recommendations for food, etc. The apartment is well stocked and on the beach. Seriously, he thought of everything we might need.

Excellent location, very quiet place, very comfortable for the family and for kids, beautiful view, beautiful surroundings, with a beach, a pool, a basketball and tennis court, too and a 10 minute walking distance from the "Malecón de Naguabo" where there are a lot of places to eat and very delicious. Hosts very responsive and proactive to help with everything! Thanks Diane and Luis for sharing this blessed place with us!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

The apartment located on the 5th floor has a magnificent ocean view. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. We'll return if possible, and I recommend it to other users.

The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!
