A beautiful place for animal-loving people! Close to everything and yet quiet and close to nature...

Small haven of peace, the accommodation is in a secure residence, the garden is beautiful and well maintained. The fruits of the garden are a delight. The accommodation is functional, the terrace is pleasant, and of course the pool is superb. Isabelle is a pleasant, smiling and discreet host, it was a refreshing stay, the place is peaceful , we will be back!

Excellent house, very well located near the white beach, which is a beautiful and family beach. The house is nice, cozy very well space to cook and share. Fede excellent communication

AMAZINGGGGGGG is an understatement! My family and I enjoyed our stay and the hospitality was A1! Everything and anything you need you will have in this villa! We def will be back :)

Unique place to stay. The AC broke whilst we were there but it was swiftly dealt with and the hotel responded really promptly by moving us to a suitable room with AC, as I was travelling with a young child. The hotel couldn’t have been more helpful. The resort is very cool, lovely pools and visits from squirrel monkeys, agouti through the grounds and trying to steal your food at breakfast. We stayed for one night only. I would recommend booking well in advance to get a room with a view. I left it to the last minute and so was lucky to get a space. Shannon was very helpful and the hotel staff were brilliant all round.

I had a counter time and couldn't host at the last minute. However, I leave the review because the communication with Laura was always excellent, she was attentive, very friendly and she has an excellent description of the accommodation, I didn't need to ask her anything because everything is written

What an incredible place to stay! They’ve thought of everything you would need to be comfortable. The bus is so funky and cool, close to the beach and everything in town (restaurants, food trucks, supermarket, bank, coffee etc.) so it’s super convenient. The outdoor deck was so lovely to sit and enjoy and really expands the living space. Howler monkeys playing in the trees above! The full bathroom is impressive to say the least. Casa Bus is just perfect for either a short or long stay and we truly hope to come back soon!!

The Camper is perfectly located near the best beaches in the Northwest, Restaurants and Tourist Zone. Quiet and safe space. The super Beautiful decor, at this time with a Christmas twist and lots of beach essence. This is the third time that we have stayed in less than a year and Luisa's treatment always exceeds any expectation. The Hosts treat you like Familia and they try a thousand details and attention. I recommend it 100%... it's from the Airbnbs that are worth continuing to visit.

The place is very accessible, natural environment, nearby beach either by car or walking, nice adjacent beaches, Santa Teresa very close, the nice and comfortable camper for two people however it is suitable for being super comfortable outside also with its amenities to pass the time, not to mention the night visits of different animals in search of food, by said we would carry a large plastic box with lid where to store our non-perishable food, I plan to return soon there is no complaint. I give you a 100. thanks to the hostess.

We had a wonderful time, this is an amazing place to be at peace and enjoy the beautiful breathtaking view! Hosts are very welcoming, friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here a couple nights and thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in nature! The jungle surrounding our bus was breathtaking, great for exploring. We heard howler monkeys both morning and evening, which was really cool. Our flight got in late in the day so we knew we would be dealing with a challenge due to arriving after dark, but we had a screenshot of Sebastian’s directions, and also a few signs along the way indicating the Lot #s, which really helped. Communication was great the whole way. Highly recommend!

Loved it. Parodi was proactive and friendly, and The Place was so nice. Second time staying there and looking forward to staying again. My children loved it and we felt safe. Fuss free and very cozy.

Worth the price, nice area and good location! There is no hot water but considering hot weather that was not much of an issue. It was a great stay thank you!

The best! My third time here. Beautiful space that mixes outdoor/indoor living. So many areas to relax and enjoy the landscapes. Beach across the street is practically private all to yourself. Loved the outdoor shower, amazing hosts and organized/clean airbnb. What a dream! I will be back and highly recommend you book this place!

We never got to stay in Franc’s place as Storm Sara hit the island while we were supposed to stay there and our flights were delayed by 3 days. I still wanted to write a review as Franc was excellent at communicating with us and keeping us posted of the situation in the island. We are looking forward to being able to visit in the near future and stay at Francs place.

This is a great place, in the best location, and the hosts were thoughtful with recommendations. The space was clean and amazing as advertised.

Amazing place to stay . I was a little skeptical at first and thought it wasn’t in a safe place , not the issue at all, very safe and secure and any questions Jose responds immediately. I say this because we arrived at night and the first thing I thought I heard was a gun shot , it was fireworks and my Uber driver confirmed. I also thought we had no hot water , I texted Jose about it and he called maintenance immediately, I then found out it was me who didn’t turn the knob to the correct side, oops 😅. Please DO NOT be discouraged . It’s a fun place to stay , clean , unique and it’s very close to the Placita which it’s night life and fun for all adults . Uber ride everywhere . I strongly recommend staying here , I will definitely will stay again and can’t wait to return. Thank you Jose , a five star for sure .

It’s a amazing location, edge of the town and walkable to any amenities you might need while visiting, minutes drive from beautiful hikes and the garden at the Airbnb is stunning 🪴

Great place to stay

This was not my first time staying here and it will continue to be NOT MY LAST. With every return, I’m feeling more and more at home. I know what to expect and I know the beauty of it all and every year I yearn for the same feeling I get every time I return. It is a Spectacular place. You would love it. Very safe and private. The morning sunrises, the roosters, and coqui sounds. The wonderful calming sounds of the ocean below. Definitely a place I wish was My Home. Thank you Luis for always welcoming us and allowing us to stay in your Airbnb. To make an RV and full blown Airbnb is an Absolute Mind Blow. Blessings and I’llllllllll Be Back (in my terminator voice).

Great place, very peaceful. Carlos is a responsive and helpful host. Definitely recommended, would love to stay here when I visit Rincón again.
