We had a perfect, relaxing stay after a long travel day. Gecko bungalow was perfect for our short stay. The pool felt especially great. Michelle was super helpful with stopping for a few food items, making dinner reservations for us and even arranging transportation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We always enjoy our stay, Winfield and his brothers are the most kind layed back professional business men, They all are always so polite and professional, They all take time to great and speak with their guests with a warm welcome, We have been visiting for the past 7 years and the Resort is always spotless and honestly is the one Resort even compared to all inclusives that remodels very often. They take the best care of their property which is what makes us so comfortable and it has become our Home away from Home. The staff does their best to accommodate when it's possible. If your lucky to catch a open date trust me you will not be disappointed and you will definitely become a return guest as well. It's nightly entertainment at the resort, every holiday or event like Super Bowl 🏈 which we attend every year they always have something nice for their guests. Thank you all for everything and we will see you all very soon 😃 😊

Excellent place, we have to come back because we have more places to visit and also use one of the domes. The best thing about the place is that they accepted our pets.

Place corresponding to the photos, easy to get to and access, better to rent a car because the distances that seem minimal on the map are actually important, and taxis always take advantage of tourists. However, great location in the hotel area, 5 minutes by car from the most modern shopping centers and 15 minutes from Cancun Airport

Great location. Included very well provided cleaning service. Good amenities, large rooms. Excelente vista para o mar. The issue of the daily rate is related to the New Year's Eve period, which is one of the most expensive of the year, considered high season. I recommend this property.

Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

This experience was grand & full of spectacular service. The minute you book with Benjamín you are outstandingly well communicated with him until your final moment of the trip. I was mesmerized by the service I had all the way through. You really get all inclusive to the resort and all amenities! I would come back to this stay over & over & I highly recommend it to the world! The place is very luxurious as it shows in the pictures & even more until you get to your room! Hosts were friendly and responded in timely manner. Unit was EXACTLY like pictures. Spic and span. extremely clean. Smelled fresh. Ample space. bathroom and shower were so clean. No oven in unit was the only bummer. located in Margaritaville. the resort is beautiful, the beach is beautiful. staff is very friendly and helpful. Always felt safe. We look forward to coming back!

Our first time visiting San Pedro from Utah, but won’t be our last and we will be coming back to this same resort time after time. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Rob the bartender treated us like family. Not only is he great bartender but also an excellent cook. He ordered us fresh seafood that was delivered to the resorts dock and he grilled it for us on the beach. Glory and Diana were very friendly and helped us book snorkeling tour and were always there if we needed anything. Best hospitality ever.

We have stayed at The Grand Bliss several times before, so we were quite familiar with what to expect in terms of accommodations & resort amenities. Bryan’s description was super accurate! We always enjoy walking on the paths through the resort to get to the beach, pools & restaurants and it’s quite easy to meet your step goal each day - LOL! It’s also fun to take the shuttles provided on golf carts throughout the resort if you need a break from walking or just want to get a different view of the grounds. The staff at the resort are so friendly and attentive. Our favourite pool is the Sanctuary Pool at the Grand Mayan as it is smaller & not as busy as the main pool. It was entertaining the day a large iguana fell from a high tree and belly flopped right into the pool just missing a few people lounging in the shallow area! Watch out for the coatis (raccoon like animals) as they have become quite bold and are not beyond snooping in your bags & stealing your food! We had a great vacation!

LOVED our week stay! Alan sent an informative welcome pack with recommendations and Q&A's. Condo was perfect for our stay. Rarely used AC (mainly to sleep) and it was comfortable and breezy. Beautiful view-spotted sea turtles from the balcony multiple days. Things we loved on and around resort: Sun and Sea Bar, Ocean 180 for happy hour, private beach (Sugar Beach), Coki beach (great snorkeling) walking distance from resort. Restaurants in Red Hook: Easterly and 3 Palms (great happy hr). We spent most of our days exploring the Virgin Islands Nation Park in St John. Recommend: Moho (sea turtles), Honeymoon, Trunk, Hawksnest. Do some trails!! We rented a car and took the car ferry but they offer taxi's as well. Longboard is a good spot in St John. We also did the Bad Kitty Best of BVI- highly recommend!! included: White Bay- Jost Van Dyke, The Baths, Snorkeling. Hard to come back to reality! Even though we spent most of our time in St John. We still would stay here near Red Hook!

This was a very nice and lovely experience! The resort feels like you are in a little forest like get away. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa, which is nice for 2,3 and 4 people. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything to make yourself at home. The hosts make sure that everything is to your liking, they were very helpful with getting us a taxi, options for renting and even getting our way around. Would truly recommend to stay here when visiting the beautiful Bonaire.

Margaritaville was amazing! Our room was upgraded to a two bed/two bath! The presidential room was amazing and the views!! Right outside were two balconies with perfect water front views! We were immediately impressed! Walked outside our building and there was the pool and beach! The resort was perfect for us. We rented a car and drove all over the island and then took a ferry and drove all over St. John’s and we just loved it all! The resort restaurant is just okay but it worked for what we needed. The coffee shop was great with breakfast and coffee. We had a lot of good instructions from previous family who stay and we just had the best time ever!

I loved the resort it was clean and the animals are so peaceful and hungry lol but everything was perfect except the missing amenity that we wanted to use so bad has not been there for at least a year. The jacuzzi was listed but was not on site at all.

I always enjoy Margaritaville. Suite Life is responsive….just not as quick to respond as Airbnb owners. It is frustrating when you’re trying to plan a trip and need to wait for acceptance more than a few hours. I understand that Suite Life is a third party company that deals with timeshare but I hope they can recruit more customer service to answer inquiries faster. As an Airbnb host, I answer within 10 minutes.

Adam was wonderful and gracious host. His home was beautiful and very spacious. The two master beds and baths were were also large and clean. We didn’t want to leave. A great price for all that you get. Robert and Diane L.

10/10 stay. Pictures don’t do it justice. Squeaky clean as well, all around was easy and convenient to book and she responded timely. Great price as well, I would book her condo thru air bnb everytime if I go back to crocs.
