The apartment lies in the heart of the lovely village of Massignano with its historic streets and beautiful views. Stefano is a perfect host, always there to answer questions about the apartment or to lend his experience with the people of Massignano and the surrounding areas to help you find the ideal destinations for day trips or just a lovely chat. The apartment is clean and modern, delivering all commodities one would expect combined with a stellar view over the hills in the west and the sea in the east. I would highly recommend staying here!

A perfect place to stay in Ascoli. Lola (Francesca’s mother) is a wonderful host. The apartment is lovely - perfectly located, has everything needed for a great stay, lots of beautiful and eclectic home decorations. Lola is full of great suggestions for restaurants and things to do, and answered all our questions straight away. We are staying here next time we come to Ascoli!

The apartment is on the 1st floor of one of the most magnificent houses in Fermos. The ambiance is breathtaking, as is the view from the balcony. It's just a few steps to Piazza del Populo where there are several restaurants and cafes. Chiara is a very warm host and has offered another guided tour of the house, which I gladly accepted. Overall a good experience!
