Monthly Rentals in Captiva Island

James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. We had a wonderful stay at Tequila Sunset. Gabby was very responsive to any questions, and the island felt like a hidden gem. Lots of quality family time at the beach, watching sunsets and sunrises and exploring the island by golf cart.

Our stay was just what we were looking for - a beautiful location right on the beach with restaurants, activities and time to relax and recharge! Everything was ‘as seen’ on the listing and Liz is a great host - responsive and proactive!

My adult daughter, 11 year old granddaughter, and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was a good size unit for us, and having 2 bathrooms was really nice. The mattress on the pull-out sofa is very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us even with the sofa pulled out. We left it that way the whole time we were there. The unit is clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen is very well equipped, including lots of dishes, bowls, etc. It was nice having kitchen supplies provided (e.g. dish and dishwasher detergent, lots of cloth and paper towels). It was really nice having noodles (the substantial ones, not the flimsy kind) for the pool and the location of the condo in relation to the pool was great especially for my granddaughter. The weather wasn’t warm enough to spend a lot of time on the beach, so we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the pool and hot tub. Sara was very responsive both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this condo!
