Fantastic!! Wayne is a great host and has everything you need! The condo was updated and clean. It was by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. Location was great with a short but scenic walk to an uncrowded beach. If we ever head back here, we will definitely book this condo again. My husband gave it 6 out of 5 stars!

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Todd's home was perfect for our young family. Todd communicated well and the place was very kid friendly with everything we might need including a pack and play and high chair as well as gates. Everything was as described and Todd was very responsive.

My family came from Washington state to visit with family. It was our first time in Florida and we absolutely loved the house. It was just a few blocks away from the beach which was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful and was pretty stocked with things we may need. She even had left some toys out for my 3 year old to play with! She messaged all the time with recommendations of things happening around the area and was just so kind. I truly appreciated how quickly she would respond to any questions my family and I had. We would definitely book here again!

Jennifer and all the people that work with her are amazing and on it! The place was clean and huge, minimalist and relaxing, upon arrival. Jennifer was always quick and responsive to my needs and questions. Beds are comfy, linens soft and new. A nicely outfitted kitchen, all my basic needs were met, anything else I needed was easily accessible on foot, nice shopping blocks away and a Publix grocery very close by. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Jennifer is very welcoming to pets, which seems to be rarer these days and the neighborhood provides nice walking and a close by is a park with lakes to walk around. I would recommend staying here and at any listing of Jennifer's.

This place was great! Our family had a fun time! Especially at the marina and the hotel restaurant was great and a overall wonderful vibe. Pool was clean and just a 2 min walk from where we stayed. They had everything we needed and everything we didn’t think we would need. Highly recommended!

This Airbnb was perfect! Our four-legged fur baby was right at home with the couch, which the host covered making it more worry free for us. The backyard was gorgeous with great landscaping. Local neighborhood lacked sidewalks but cars and neighbors were friendly and accommodating when we walked our dog. The kitchen offered a lot of size and functionality. Bathroom as well as the outdoor shower or rinse area also made the trip enjoyable. We loved being able to rinse sand off outside after a stroll on the beach; which is only a few blocks from this awesome spot. We would certainly stay here again as it just met so many of our needs and the hosts were extremely welcoming.

Larry’s place was nice and clean. The family was responsive when we had questions. They had good recommendations on restaurants.

We used Airbnb for the first time for our family trip to Cocoa beach. When we arrive at Cocoa beach, Hurricane Milton was about to pass through Florida unfortunately. Caroline kindly advised us to change our travel schedule and approved our urgent reservation modification. Caroline also checked this beach house several times before and after the Hurricane passage whether there is no damage due to the Hurricane. In addition, on behalf of us, she kindly carried our items that I ordered via online to the inside the house. We all heartily appreciate Caroline's kind hosting. Thanks to her support, our family really enjoyed our first family trip to the foreign country. Of course, this beach house is definitely super comfortable. We did not have any problems to stay there. The 3 bed rooms are sufficiently suitable for our 4 adults to stay for 2 weeks.

Lauren and Jared were great host, they were very responsive and had very thorough instructions. We stayed a few days after coming back from a cruise, the location was not far for the port. The place was perfect for 6 adults, we cooked and had all the necessary equipment in the house . We had no problems getting groceries delivered. We did not make it to the beach but they had all the amenities needed in case you forgot yours. Everything was so clean and they had TVs in all the rooms so we could watch different things. I would recommend this location and would stay again.

Great location, short walk to beach. Close to port and area restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed very family friendly. Marcelo was great to deal with, very quick response to all questions. House was very updated and well kept. Plenty of beach equipment provided. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Laura’s place and it was just as great as the first. We love the location and felt right at home. We enjoy having quick access to Melbourne across the bridge ( our daughter attends FIT) but yet being minutes from the beach! Thank you Laura for accommodating us.

Stay was great will definitely be back

We needed a local place to stay while work was being done to our home. Very quiet neighborhood and a cute townhouse! Rico was very accommodating with help turning on the heat. And yes it does get cold in Florida. The bedrooms are AMAZING! The only thing I would have liked to see was a tv in the 2nd bedroom. I had my ipad so it was all good. Highly recommend Rico’s townhouse!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Dillons place was very neat and clean and he was extremely responsive. We will be back the next time we cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Great home for a family vacation. Short walk right to the beach. Everything you will need to have a perfect beach day available for you to use. Great neighborhood with everything you will need close by.

Great location, amenities and layout. We had a great stay for Thanksgiving with plenty of room and we loved the games room. Near Canova beach for the dogs. Highly recommend staying here.
