Beach condo vacation rentals in Cape Canaveral

The place was as described, and the location is incredible. You can see the beach from the balcony and it is literally a 200 yard walk to the ocean. Pool area was clean. I can’t say enough about Robert and the staff Sea and Sun. Anything we needed. they were fast to respond and make sure we had it. Highly recommend. Only two criticisms, label the dishwasher pods vs. laundry pods and better pillows.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

We had a great little stay, was perfect for a meetup with our adult children, had two rooms and a nice little kitchenette. The beach area is less built up in this area and it is a nice little setup just over the dunes, with a heated pool and a jacuzzi, which was really great since the weather was not fit for swimming in the ocean this time of the year. Great vibe and onsite staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were very pleased with our stay. The owners adnd Pedro went above and beyond providing extra amentities and plenty of places to plug in technology. Everything was as mentioned in the description. It is not a brand new place, but it defintely felt like home and we were well accomodated. We wanted for nothing more. This place is especially nice for couples. There are plenty things to do in the area and superb eating choices. The beach is close by and the Melbourne Historic District was not too far, and a delight. We ate at the Mangetsu Thai/Korean Restautrant. If you haven't been to the Kennedy Space Center, I recommend you go. But do it early. There was an auto back up waiting in line before opening which was 9AM. Cory's Deli aross the street was so much more than expected for breakfast and the Fiesta Jalisco Mexican Restaurant was an excellent dinner choice. Both are in Indiatlantic.

Beautiful place, had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool. Absolutely loved seeing the sunrise on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this stay was perfect! Rob was extremely communicative and helpful. It couldn't have been easier to check in and find the place, and everything was just as described, if not better. This was the best stocked Airbnb I have stayed in. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This was such a perfect place for us! One block from the beach where we got to see 3 launches. We loved the fact that it was adorable and quaint and so cutely decorated! Jessica was the perfect host and extremely responsive when we had questions. Loved having the stackable washer/dryer at our fingertips and was able to cook our foods too! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Joy’s condo! We loved the ocean views from the balcony! It was such a spacious and comfortable place to stay. The unit was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. A large wagon made transporting beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards a breeze. Joy was a wonderful host providing clear directions on check-in, local restaurant menus, and checkout. We highly recommend Joy’s condominium and we can’t wait to return!

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful, peaceful anniversary celebration we had. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as described. The photos matched the place exactly. We will definitely be back again.

We had such a wonderful stay! Chris’s place is beautiful, pristine, and such a gorgeous oceanfront location. There was so much to do at the resort, and so fun to see the cruise ships leave port, right next door to the unit! We were also lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach. Chris was very responsive to all of our questions. We look forward to returning next year!

This is my first visit to Kelly’s place but 4th to the condo development, the unit is very nice, the view of the ocean from this unit is refreshing! The unit had all the essentials, no need to bring beach items, or towels, for my five day stay I had all I needed. Washer/dryers are at the complex, and for a few bucks work well. Love this location, safe, central to stores, restaurants, or is peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Caught a launch, what a bonus! The host Kelly is a top notch professional, I will be back… Thank you

Great place to stay while in Coco Beach área. Super easy walk to the beach. Space was very comfortable. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.

I grew up in the area, so I knew the building and location would be great - it only takes a minute to walk to the beach and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained!

Donnetta is an exceptional host—very friendly and responsive! The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to items for our beach outings. Every detail was thoughtfully considered! The location is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the fantastic local restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It was a perfect little escape for our family of four!

Everything was perfect including a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We Were there 5 nights and we even had enough paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee filtered for the week. Other condos where we have stayed I would always have to buy these things after a day or two.

It was a fabulous Thanksgiving… From the moment we walked in, we were so happy we chose Chris’s place. She thinks of every detail from coffee options and wine fridge to lovely robes and everything you need for the beach. Bring your flip flops & swim suits and she has everything else waiting in the closet for you. She has a beach wagon, several chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach tote, toys, boogie boards. You’re all set! The entire place was meticulously clean and uncluttered, very comfortable furniture. The balconies!! One balcony gives a wonderful morning view of the sunrise glistening on the water & sun on your face as you enjoy your coffee. The other illuminates the river off in the distance with the colors of sunset. We went to The Dolphin for dinner one night based on a “fun” recommendation from Chris & it was a very fun vibe with live music, a great view and yummy. The beach was wonderful and convenient to the room. Chris was super flexible & helpful and is a terrific host.
