Robert and Krista's duplex was great for our family. We had plenty of space. The backyard was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, and both units had many games for family time. We could eat all together outside at the table and gather around the fire pit. It was a vacation before the vacation and we enjoyed every minute. Robert was the perfect host.

My Fiancé & I loved Las Olas Beach Club! The staff is super friendly and helpful with anything you may need. They have fun activities during the week you can join too. Overall great experience & will definitely be back!

Chris's house is beautiful and in a wonderful and private beach location. The pool is perfect, and performed well while the weather was a bit chilly. The beach is beautiful, with views from just about every angle inside. Everything was great, plenty of towels to keep up with the kids and the beach. The outdoor grill was a technical challenge, but once we figured that out we made a wonderful steak dinner on the back patio. Nikki was very responsive and was helpful as we worked through an issue with weather and the house one evening. We had a wonderful family visit and made memories at the beach here. Thank you!

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Thank you Melanie!

OUTSTANDING!!! David and Eileen have a great place with all the amenities you will need. The place is right at the beach, a few steps and you are there. Awesome hosts they even let us stay past the check out time. Very thankful for that

Denise’s home was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the beach toys and gear we needed to enjoy the beach all day long, and spacious rooms to recover and repeat. It was exactly how it’s described; and the distance to the beach, pier, stores and restaurants was fantastic! Thanks Denise- we’ll definitely be reaching out the next time we’re in Cocoa Beach!

David’s place is absolutely beautiful and just as described. Response time was great and I received clear instructions. Check in was easy. Everything was provided that we needed and everything was very clean. My husband and I stayed for 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. We had a very relaxing time. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was peaceful. David’s place is a very nice place to unwind. I stayed at David’s place last year and this year and I hope to return again.

Absolutely awesome place to stay!! Unfortunately, we had terrible weather while we were there but the beach was so close you are able to walk. Bob provided chairs, umbrella, etc. for the beach but again we didn't get to use them. This house is just as described and perfect for any length of stay. The beds were comfortable, towels provided, plenty of closet space with hangers and kitchen stocked with anything you might need to use. Plenty of room in bedrooms with dressers, etc if you need them. We had everything we needed and if we had needed anything Bob lives right next door and is available to ask. Bob greeted us upon our arrival and showed us how to enter the house which was nice. There are laundry facilities to use. We will definitely be back in the future as it was perfect for our family and felt like a home away from home!! Thanks Bob!

Great little place that worked perfectly for what we needed! My family and I stayed the night before our cruise. It was the perfect distance to save on some driving in the morning. Super clean and family friendly! 😊

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the backyard and patio area with new comfortable chairs. Very comfortable bed. Got good nights sleep every night. Very well stocked, had everything we needed. Lee is very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we stayed here, as a large family of 7. The place was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would certainly stay again.

I booked this last minute quick getaway for my husband's birthday. great location bring so close to the beach. Biggest perk was getting to bring our fur babies with us and having a fenced in back yard for them. it was the perfect cozy spot. oh and that king mattress was phenomenal, so comfortable. my husband and I really like cocoa beach and I think for any multiple day trips this will be our place to stay again. Julia has so many local recommendations that were great too.

My family and friends had a beautiful time in cocoa beach. Renata was very responsive and gave us the precise location, instructions to get into the home and what to watch for. Renata also gave ideas of local residents and things to do with family and friends. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

This is a perfect place for a quiet restful vacation! Close to shopping and great places to eat. 30 minute drive to the ocean!

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Villas was absolutely wonderful! The beachfront location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from the ocean. The condo unit was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed: a kitchen stocked with essentials, a cozy living room, clean linens, and a balcony that became our favorite spot. Watching the sunrise with coffee from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. If you're looking for a relaxing, no-fuss beach vacation, Cocoa Beach Villas is the perfect destination. We'll definitely be back for another stay! Highly recommend.

Great house! The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk or bike ride to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house had tons of space and everything a family would need/want for a fun getaway. The communication with the hosts throughout the stay was great and check-in/check-out was very easy. Really great, if not a short stay. Loved how relaxing and comfortable the house was. The super comfortable couch was a highlight. Had a fantastic dinner at Gregory’s. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay at Cocoa Beach and Drake was super nice and lovely to deal with.

Location was perfect. Everything we needed was no more yhan 15 minutes away, including the beach. Place was comfy.

We came in and stayed while playing in a USSSA youth baseball tournament at Space Coast Complex in Viera. The complex was super easy to get to from the house. The house was in a lovely quite neighborhood. KC checked in with us frequently and I felt completely comfortable at the home. Also, I felt confident if we needed anything KC would make sure we had whatever we may need. We were at the park all day each day and needed a quiet comfortable place to rest. This was the perfect place for that! We enjoyed our stay.
