We loved staying at Adam's house! The home had everything we needed and more! The area is perfect and Adam was proactive in keeping us updated on Tropical Storm Debby. We can't wait to book again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was beautiful and I’m so thankful for the amazing location! The home was great and the surrounding area had all kinds of convenient restaurants and things to do! The beach was within walking distance, as described, and we had a great time. I will definitely be back and maybe next time for a girls week!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I have to admit, Sheila and Scott home was amazing and comfortable. Sheila hospitality was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was available for our needs. It was beyond a 5 star hotel, with more some. I would recommend anyone to enjoy this place. Very peaceful and naturing. We had a lovely stay. It's about a block from the beach. There is a small shed full of beach supplies- chairs, toys, etc. and plenty of towels. Host was responsive to the questions I had before our trip. The rooms in the back of the house get a little warm so adjust the ac accordingly when you get there. Overall a nice time.

Igor's Sunset Dreams was a great place to stay. It had every thing we needed, plus our dog. Would 100% stay again if we are back in the area.

Had a wonderful stay here with friends! It was completely walkable to the beach from a neighborhood access (about a 3-5 minute walk), and the property was super clean, safe, and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time that we stayed at Mike’s place. This time was just as good as the first great assortment of dishes appliances are great. All you need to bring when you come to Mike’s place is your clothes There are plenty of blankets. The showers are are plentiful stocked. If you need a broom or a vacuum, it’s in the closet. It’s easy to keep it clean because of the hard floors. If we ever need another Airbnb, if we will stay again at Mike’s place.

My family came down to visit for my son’s football tournament. The house was near a lot of eateries and shopping centers. The house was very clean and Erika and Randall provided some toiletries and kitchen supplies to accommodate our visit. The bed slept WONDERFULLY. I have to compliment the pillows because I suffer from neck pain occasionally but our whole stay I did not experience any. The hosts were very responsive with all questions and they provided a list of places to try while in town. If we visit in the near future I would definitely book again!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

I highly recommend staying at Dutch’s townhome, it was the perfect weekend getaway! He was quick to respond and proactive with detailed instructions for check in and check out. Beach access was directly across the street and walkable to a few things. It was helpful that he included beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you needed. The main purpose of our trip was to take my dogs to the dog beach located at Pier Park which was only an 8 minute drive. The townhome was clean and the pictures were up to date. I would definitely stay again when we return to PCB!

The place was spacious and very clean. The neighbors were friendly. Easy walk to the beach, but we had trouble getting through the gate by foot. The security at the front gate informed us the next day there is a green button you have to push. It’s on the left of the ice machine. The beds were comfy and there were lots of beach supplies. It’s in a great location! Everything was perfect and Shae was very responsive and kind.

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

This was my family’s first experience staying in a Airbnb at the beach, and it was great! The location was very convenient and the walk to the beach was super easy. Seth provides everything you could need from dishwasher pods to full kitchen needs and even an umbrella for the beach. We were very pleased with all the amenities provided. We would highly recommend this clean Airbnb, and will most likely revisit again one day in the future!

311 Rose Ln was a fantastic get away for my family and I, location was great and a short drive to any activities PCB had to offer. Appreciate David for his timely responses and friendly nature, offering up recommendations for local eats and things to explore. Will definitely be bookmarking this listing for future stays for the JP family.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

I booked Sherrie’s place because the reviews were all so great and I wasn’t disappointed. The house perfect for me, my husband, teenage daughter & two dogs. It decorated so adorably and we all felt completely at home. Even my two fur babies who can sometimes be anxious away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the cool fall evenings with the fenced in yard so the dogs could roam. My 17 year old daughter was obsessed with the vinyl record collection so we listened to many of them while working on a puzzle at night. Also, so thankful for the beach gear (wagon, umbrella & towels) so we didn’t have to lug ours along on the trip! 10/10 would highly recommend Sherrie’s place & hope we can stay here again!

Chuck is an incredible host and always responsive for any questions or concerns we had. The cottage is clean, peaceful and quiet. We loved the docks on the hideaway property and everything that they had to offer. Thank you for a great stay!

The stay was really good, it is quiet and walkable distance to beech, kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve, Alicia response was quick and prompt, only drawback is mattresses are little old, and it would be nice if there is a full second bathroom. Overall it is good stay and I would recommend others to stay.

This place is exactly as described…I was looking for something close to the beach and not a hotel because we have a baby and pets. It accommodated our family perfectly(we forgot the baby’s pacifier when we went to the beach and my husband went to get it and it literally took 6 mins back and forth that’s how close it is to the beach. Everything is nearby and convenient. Alex and Anna were very welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the townhouse's layout and proximity to the beach! It sits right on the beach! A deck on both levels, overlooking the beach was just amazing! Plus, we loved being able to drive up to the front door! No elevators or walking long distances to get to the front door. Also, it sure was nice being able to have our dog with us! We have rented other pet-friendly units in the area from the owner and we've always pleased!

Our stay was amazing! The home is very clean and spacious. We had 5 adults, 2 young kids, and a small dog, and it did not feel crowded in the house. The beach is just a short walk away and we loved that it’s a private beach. Stacey is very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to PCB.
