The perfect beach cottage for a couple or small family! Amazing backyard with nice landscaping. They did the most with the space and it’s so close to the beach. We Will be back.

We had an amazing stay. I was nervous going to PCB after seeing how wild spring break is. We saw none of that. It was very peaceful.. the pools were never full.. the beach was busy but not packed. I broke my leg before vacation and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to get to the beach but the golf cart service provided saved the whole trip. The condo was probably the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Everyone got a kick out of the turtles. The first thing the kids did in the morning was walk outside and feed them. I would be careful using the paid resort parking by the beach.. we parked there one day and came out to a broken window in our suv. We will definitely be booking again next year! Thanks for an amazing week

Absolutely love this rental! Its in a quiet location and a simple walk to the beach. Pictures are accurate to listing. Kitchen was super clean, infact, the oven was so spotless, it looked new. Beds were fresh. The pool is a great addition for the kids when mom and dad are needing reprieve from the sandy beach for a bit. Host was quick to respond with any questions and easy to contact. No complaints! Looking forward to booking here again.

1st things first we have to commend the design on this home! Sonya’s place was beautiful inside & out! The space this place has to accommodate the family is insane! Sonya made sure the place was spotless , and smelt of fresh crisp air. There were plenty of linen to accommodate the entire group. The short walk to the beach was super cool, definitely should rent the golf cart Sonya has available if you will have small kids during your stay. The kitchen amenities were a plus my family & i spent the entire time in the kitchen & the pool even better!!! I do think the house could use a full size body mirror for the ladies when they are dressed to check themselves out , as well as a pod or 2 for the Keurig would have been nice. Other wise ALL 10s across the board for Bubbles Up! Thanks Sonya, looking forward to coming back soon!

A Very nice place to stay and be close to beach, restaurants, bars, and marinas! Very friendly hosts. Our fur baby loved exploring the backyard!

My family and I enjoyed staying here for the weekend .This house was very neat and clean. The host was extremely helpful and responsive Will definitely book again.

This review is specifically for the flip flop services as we were placed in another location and didn't stay in this actual rental. Construction on the building was scheduled after we had made our reservation and Kristy gave us the option to either cancel or relocate. We chose relocation and are very happy we did. It was a beautiful place in a building down the road. The area offered many places to walk to and was relatively quiet. Thank you, Kristy for your prompt responses and communication throughout the process, and particularly, thank you for giving us a choice! We would definitely book with flip flop again!

Our family of 4 just got back from Jenny’s place in PCB. The condo was very clean and looks just like the pictures! The view from the balcony was beautiful! Jenny provided everything we needed for our week long stay. The included lounge chairs/umbrella were perfect for relaxing at the beach. Unfortunately due to the rip current we couldn’t swim in the ocean for much of our visit but our boys loved the multiple pools and hot tubs! The outdoor game area was also a hit! Getting to the unit from the parking garage is a little confusing at first (especially with the luggage cart) but Jenny’s instructions were very clear and once you’ve done it once it’s much easier! There are not many sidewalks so walking to nearby places is not super convenient especially with young kids but there is a ton to do within a very short drive! Having laundry in the unit was also a huge plus! Jenny really has thought of everything to make your vacation as smooth as possible! Thank you!
