Monthly Rentals in Calape

We stayed at Joseph’s place to spend our Holy Week in Bohol. His place is located very close from the city center, easy to find, and quite a convenient starting point from the major tourist areas at the south and center of Bohol. He is easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our last minute requests. I especially appreciated that they even brought in new appliances (seemed that they were even freshly bought) late in the night after I have messaged him about a malfunction, which was really just a minor inconvenience for us. He even rents out motorcycles for those who’d like to explore the island. The place has all the amenities for a short DIY stay: for sleeping, cooking, and laundry. Overall, we had a superb time staying in his place. Hope to return in the future.

Nice accommodation, great host helped us buy boat tickets, the only negative was the busy road in front of the house.

Fred and Lyn’s place was absolutely stunning! It’s the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. Even though we arrived super late (Fred had waited for us for two hours, sorry Fred!), they were so welcoming and accommodating. We were amazed by the fireflies we saw along the way to our room. The place itself was incredible. It’s cozy and super innovative, powered by a solar panel and with a great Wi-Fi connection. They even have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. And the beach was gorgeous! The service was top-notch. They serve organic tea that comes straight from their garden, and the breakfast was delicious and healthy. Fred and Lyn really outdid themselves with that. Fred was also super informative and explained a lot about how they prepared their place and were always there to help us out. We might return since it helps me study, especially me, as a law student who wants to study in peace.

I stayed there with my friend for 4 nights and was satisfied. The Bed was huge, the Location was beautiful. John was very fast and courteous in communicating.
