Accommodation as described and photographed, everything is tidy and clear to check in. Very friendly and helpful host. The only downside is that it's a 35-minute walk from the station to take the train to central London. It's a 40 min train + 1-2 change of subway from central London. I recommend it

Nerijus is the perfect host and his place is wonderful. We stayed for 2 months and absolutely would book again. The place has everything you could need, feels very at home and over is a gem of a place. Neri was very quick to answer any queries and went the extra mile to ensure all needs were met. Our new home away from home in the UK! From the booking process, to our arrival and throughout our stay, the experience was superb! We felt right at home and Ade ensured we had everything at our disposal. The apartment was well equipped with enough supplies, we only had to buy a few items - mostly food. It's also easy to keep clean and free of clutter. We holidayed with our kids and they loved it too! If you're looking for a quiet and chic apartment in the heart of Basildon, this is perhaps the best deal for you without breaking the bank. Bonus. The apartment is a 4 mins walk to the nearest bustop and less than 10 mins to the main Basildon train station.

Great place for my work trip away, the flat was very clean and the reclining sofa was an added bonus!
