Monthly Rentals in Bucaramanga

I stayed at Jorge's apartment for a month and everything was like the pictures and how it was described. All appliances and utensils that I need were already in the apartment, and he even left some quality of life essentials, such as paper towels, soap, an extra roll of toilet paper, in the apartment so I didn't have to run out right away to buy everything on my first night there, which was nice. There was a slight issue with the air conditioner leaking on the first night, but after contacting Jorge he got the problem resolved the next day. I had no other issues during my stay. The pool was great, the apartment felt safe with the security letting people in and out at the entrance, and with it being right across from the mall, which also has a supermarket inside it, the location was great. I would stay at this location again.

Luzbin and his family are some of the nicest people you could meet. The service is fabulous. We asked for a few things to be provided and they were delivered within 20 minutes. Nothing is a problem. The reception team is also very helpful and very friendly. The apartment was probably the cleanest one we have ever walked into. Spotless. And the little welcome pack is very nice. The bedding and linen are quality, as are all the furnishings. There is loads of storage space. San Francisco is a bustling neighbourhood with lots of little bars and restaurants. Taxis (or Uber) are plentiful and a taxi almost anywhere is generally less than COP8,000. The apartment feels like home. I would come back here anytime.

Beautiful apartment close to the city but on the edge of it offering the desired calm and privacy with quick access to all amenities. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, we felt right at home! The view is very beautiful and the rooftop pool is breathtaking!!!! The host was available and very friendly! We even rented it again for our family. 😊 We highly recommend it and we will definitely come back!
