Juan Carlos is very attentive, he has always been a very supportive person, he has provided me with support in every aspect in this city. The place is cozy but big enough to have everything you need. I would stay here again anytime.

Oscar was a great host, he was attentive to everything he needed, if I needed transportation, recommendations and to watch because the place was comfortable for me. In terms of location, it is a very good area, walkable even at night without feeling insecurity and very close to the shopping centers in the area which are interconnected with each other and gives a sense of extra security. Highly recommended!!

Great apartment, very spacious, just like in the pictures! Super good location near the mall and easy access for public transportation. Recommended for families of 3 or a maximum of 4 people. The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is spectacular.

Great place to stay. Laura and the building’s staff were super friendly and communicative. AC units were a plus considering the weather in Bucaramanga.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, Natalie is a great host, there was very good communication, I didn't have much time to enjoy the apartment but it is ideal to rest and stay. It has several food and commerce sites nearby, and a very good view of the city. I recommend it and I would stay again if I come back to BGA soon!!

A very nice house, cozy, air conditioners in very good condition, super modern TV, impeccable bathrooms, we really liked that there were many elements available such as soap in bathrooms and laundry area. The BBQ area excellent and there was charcoal, firewood, in short, to do the asado I just had to carry the meat, hay cavas or ice creamers, hooks of clothes, many kitchen utensils; in short, it's like being at home

Excellent house for a family trip with children, it is very nice, has a lot of space and areas to share within it. I'll be sure to repeat this home.

Words can’t express how thankful we are to have stayed at Erika’s home. She was extremely helpful and flexible as we need to extent our stay. We love Bucaramanga and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, worked as expected and she was super responsive. I will not hesitate to book again as Erika was a godsent. Also Bucaramanga is a great city and we love to visit.
