My group of 8 stayed comfortably at this beautiful family house. There was plenty of space to relax including an indoor/outdoor pool and bubble tub. The pool like most here is not heated but was very refreshing after long hot walks. Great Space in the kitchen and dining room which is adjacent to the pool area and this is where we hung out when we were in the house. Sebastian and his family were very responsive to any questions we had. The location is in a very peaceful neighborhood which a nice respite from the noise of the busy city. We loved our time there and if you are looking for a family friendly or a place to house a group in Bucaramanga, I enthusiastically recommend Sebastian’s place.

This is my second time staying at this property and I'm already booking the next stay. I hope to stay longer next time. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. I can spend hours laying in the garden watching the ants and the birds. very beautiful.

Great view and weather and friendly host

The place is as shown in the photos, it is very quiet and clean, it is very well equipped with everything you need, nearby they have several supermarkets. The host was very attentive and very amabale. Would definitely come back.

Excellent place with an excellent host, always attentive to every detail, even though my family misplaced the keys Mr. Bayron was very attentive and I help them enter the place again and always responded quickly and in a timely manner. I hope to visit the city soon and enjoy this place.

It is a comfortable and clean apartment, it is very well located it is very central. The common areas are great. Check-in was very easy with self check-in. Fernando helped us a lot and always responded.

I stayed at Jose's place for 2 weeks and it was a pleasant experience The TV was really nice size and there were thousands of free movies, series and tv shows. The washing machine worked very well, the gas stove is great for cooking I had peace to work...the neighbors in the building were never too loud The area is surrounded by restaurants, banks, oxxoin literally 2 blocks away, the bank is next door, Ara is a 1-2 minute walk... it's an extremely convenient location. I have no complaints.. My experience was positive

Oscar was a great host, he was attentive to everything he needed, if I needed transportation, recommendations and to watch because the place was comfortable for me. In terms of location, it is a very good area, walkable even at night without feeling insecurity and very close to the shopping centers in the area which are interconnected with each other and gives a sense of extra security. Highly recommended!!
