Perfect little nest for a few days stay in Margate. Super comfortable and well equipped and super dog friendly. Perfectly situated for all local amenities. Steven very communicative and helpful. Will absolutely come back!!

A fantastic place to stay in the quaint village of Reading Street, especially with a young family - the children absolutely loved playing on the trampoline in the garden! Also a really good base to explore the area - the beach at Joss Bay is walkable and Broadstairs is only 5 mins by car. Thanks Marie for being an excellent host!

We had such a lovely time at Deannas, the place was perfect for a large group and still had lots of space to socialise - wouldn’t change anything about it! Deanna was very helpful in the run up, with lots of recommendations and suggestions and the whole weekend was perfect!

Perfect spot. Felt right at home. 3min walk to everything, yet very quiet. Can't wait to stay again.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home in Margate. Loved the decor and all of the beautiful touches around the house - and especially loved the sauna and bath under the stars. A very lovely place to stay xx

Lovely house with nice touches all over the place. Only downside, some of the beds (we found) were a bit hard.

Fantastic well equipped house well suited for our pre Christmas family get together. The bedrooms are stunning and the ground floor worked brilliantly for 9 of us of all ages. The garden is private and peaceful, and the seafront is a couple of minutes away. Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. Absolutely wonderful place , full of charm and character. The house is huge and cozy. The rooms are so lovely and clean . You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The seafront is just nearby and so close with windows facing the beach. The host is very friendly, welcoming and responsive. One of our best places in Airbnb. Highly recommended.

Great place to hang out, especially with a super easy to use and very well heated hot tub, pool table, and table tennis table. We were there as a group of 5 adults, quick weekend getaway, the size of the 2 studios was great for us, any more people and it would have been a squeeze. Paul was very friendly and helpful and really wanted us to have a great time which we did 👍 great base to explore other places in Kent like Dover and Folkestone.

Cool and unique yurt with the added fun of an outside bath, paid for the spa package and it was so cute and very generous, loved the petals! We stayed in there for 2 hours and the water was still warm! Even though it was the beginning of December! Added touch of a secret cinema with a cozy bed and huge tv! Some new adaptations to the kitchen which was much better and so warm and inviting. Think the host are still fitting in a kitchen sink which would be fab as the outside tap you have to take your cutlery to, I’m sure it would be great when added. Lighting was very subtle in the yurt creating an ambient feel, would have been great to have some more lighting in the yurt and garden but that’s just me being picky! Such a fun experience and forever memories for myself and my husband to look back on. Thankyou for sharing your humble abode with us 😍 xx

Daniel’s caravan is an absolute delight, the location is perfect, only a minutes walk to the beach, where we enjoyed walks to Whitstable and Herne Bay. A welcome basket of goodies was much appreciated, as were all the essentials that were provided. The caravan is without doubt extremely well equipped, and has everything you need and more. We enjoyed staying here as a family of four, loved everything about the caravan, and its peaceful location. Daniel is an excellent host in every way. He responds straight away, communicates well, and goes the extra mile to ensure his guests stay is a happy one. We will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Maggie’s property is really special. It’s a marvellous old house in a fabulous seaside location. The interior is charming and very comfortable. The kitchen area is well equipped and is a fantastic space to hang out in. I imagine the house is even more wonderful in summer, with its beautiful garden and pool to enjoy. Personally I could enjoy just sitting for hours in the “observation room” at the top of the house watching the shipping go back and forth on the Thames Estuary. My family and I LOVED this house.

The Cockleshell has everything you need for a homely stay. We enjoyed using it as a base whilst we walked the coast line. Clean, uncluttered and homely, with everything you need if you are cooking at “home”. The basket for our very well behaved Labrador was a special touch. A tv in each room helped everyone have space to relax. Helen was super attentive and really approachable with anything we needed.

I took my 90 year old father and 13 year old dog to stay at Leah’s homely caravan. Despite the coldest weather so far this year we were cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the easily accessible sea walk and trips to whistable, Canterbury and Herne Bay. The caravan had everything we needed, instructions were clear and Leah was responsive to my questions. Thank you for a special few days in Kent.

We had an amazing short break at Alan and Bill’s place. I cannot recommend it enough! the house is beautiful with full sea view (just across the road), very well equipped, and they have thought of everything you might need. While the swimming pool wasn’t heated during our stay in late October, the house offered plenty more, including a hot tub, sauna, and dedicated BBQ area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to play comfortably. In addition to the beautiful house, Alan and Bill were the most amazing hosts we've experienced in nearly a decade of Airbnb stays. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, responding promptly to all our questions from booking through our stay and accommodating our requests to the best they could. We’re already considering our next trip!

Kate's place was exactly as described and as it looked in the photos. Very clean and with nice touches, like recycled toilet paper (Who gives a crap - my favoured brand!) and refilled bathroom bottles of shampoo, etc rather than more plastic bottles to jettison.

An excellent, very well equipped house in a really quiet location. Lots of space for 4 adults. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, good knives, chopping boards etc. We were also welcomed with some awesome cupcakes which were delicious. There was also milk in the fridge and some teabags. They have a cafetière! Yay! The main bathroom is off one of the bedrooms, this could be a tiny bit awkward for some. Bath and shower are both very good. House is a very short walk to the beach and into the middle of Deal. We loved eating at Deal Pier Kitchen and also at The Lane in town. We had a splendid break here and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. Alana's place was welcoming, peaceful and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Easy to walk into Deal, walk to the beachfront and also convenient for exploring the wider area. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and overall we had a great time.

We loved staying here and highly recommend it. We stayed in late September with our small dog. The house is beautifully decorated and handily located for local shops and amenities and very close to the sea. Esther was really helpful and responded quickly.

We've had a fantastic week. the room was a bit bigger than we imagined which was great. Tge kitchen was also more than we thought. Everything you need and even a plug in hot plate. The shower was lovely. It was great to have a small lobby just inside the door which housed coats, boots and used clothes giving us more space in the room. Tge garden was a lot bigger than we thought. Our dog was safe and secure and we even sat outside. Great view of the private school with great architecture. Tge bed was very comfy. The place was very quiet so that was great. We used the loop bus and the train and lots of walking. We had a great meal in the Caribean restaurant and a lovely pizza in the new belgium bar. parking was not a problem as we found free on road parking 2 streets away. Eats & beats have great food and drink and music. A great holiday as well as a good rest. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this ground-floor apartment in Margate. It’s perfectly located near the old town, making it easy for our family to explore. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom with the bunk bed was especially great for the kids, making them feel right at home. A lovely, family-friendly place to stay.

A great place to stay for us visiting Whitstable for one night, convenient and quiet location with very easy access to the beach and dog walks (on lead). Great little place to stay with lots of nice touches including even a dog welcome pack and dog bed. Thanks Debi also for helping us with a rather late check in after we failed to get in at the appointed time!

Great place to stay for our family with everything we needed as our base for our holiday. Kitchen and open plan living room were ideal and the bedrooms were clean and private. The road is really peaceful and perfectly accessible for broadstairs and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.
