Another great stay here, it’s so comfortable. Mum and I feel at home. A well-equipped kitchen, plenty choice of rooms to relax in as well as the neat garden and a great selection of games and entertainment. Time flies by. Broadstairs seafront is really close and the shops are within walking distance. Some lovely gift shops and plenty of choice for eating out. It’s also central for exploring further afield. Hoping to visit again.

This little gem is amazing. The lodge is finished to a very high standard with luxurious decor and furnishings. We really enjoyed our stay here and was able to relax and chill. The property was well stocked and everything had been thought of. We will definately be staying here again. Superb 👍

the accommodation is amazing - the home is built to a high standard around the disused railway carriage and right on top of the shingle beach, with spectacular views over to the sea. Very very comfortable, clean and there was everything we needed. Beds very very comfortable. The home is really beautiful and so cleverly designed.

Great spot, two minutes from the beach and very safe and secure. Great for our 3 year old. Had everything we needed. Jennifer the cleaner very helpful. Parking space was handy. Spotless. Would love to stay again, lucky to have found it.

We had an amazing few days in Pebbles. The weather was incredible for March and we could have looked at that view forever! Even managed a (quick) swim! So handy for a walk to Folkestone or day trips out. Joanna was very helpful and a great hostess.

Loved the vintage train theme and the rustic interiors. Especially the pool table, bunk beds and the varied collection of board games. The smart TV was an added plus point. The beach being so close to the house, was just perfect. Thanks for this fantastic stay

This is a lovely property in an amazing location in Whitstable. Very friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed before, during and on departure day. Lots of things to do within a short walk. Property was perfect for a group of friends weekend getaway, comfortable with everything we could need. Thank you, thoroughly recommend.

I would like to thank Martin for letting us stay at his lovely bungalow. It was immaculate. Great brochures left for us to peruse. We couldn't of asked for more. He went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Comfortable bed, furniture and great off street parking.

Beach Retreat was welcoming and spacious just like it appears in the photos. Everything was well presented and comfortable. Our whippet loved the garden especially as we were blessed with lovely April weather. Everything was provided for a break away from home. We enjoyed walking down to the sea front in the evening. it was quiet and restful.

Honestly can’t say enough good things about the house and about the whole experience. The house looked amazing in the photos but we both agreed that it actually even far exceeded our expectations when we got there. Beautiful decor inside, lots of space and felt very homely with everything we could possibly need. Will 💯 be visiting again soon and would strongly recommend to anyone else looking for a similar experience

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at The Telephone Exchange. It’s a beautifully redeveloped space with everything finished to an exceptionally high standard. The place was spotless, the furnishings were stylish and we felt very comfortable – it had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy too, and we both slept well every night. The location is very quiet and peaceful – pretty much in the middle of nowhere, which made for an incredibly restful stay. It was completely silent at night, and the little garden added a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautifully finished space.

Was lovely place to stay. Handy for Dover and Deal. St Margaret’s and cliffs walkable. House had everything thing we needed and was ideal for the family.

We had a fantastic Christmas getaway at this charming bungalow! Our little girls absolutely loved it. The place is very well equipped and situated in a perfect location—Botany Bay beach is within walking distance, a local off-licence is just around the corner, and restaurants and other attractions are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. The only slight downside was the low water pressure, which worked fine but wasn’t quite what we’re used to. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d highly recommend it!
