Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Broadstairs

Lovely stay, great that we each had a double bed and the grocery provisions on arrival were really appreciated! Location was very handy. Andy and Jenny were very helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our visit. The house was gorgeous, in a very convenient central location. The garden and hot tub were perfect to relax in. Patricia was lovely, she made sure that we felt like she was always available. However the house was so well-equipped there wasn’t a single thing that we needed. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had an absolutely fantastic girls weekend away! We were thrilled with the spaciousness and comfort of the house. The large kitchen was perfect for our group meals, and we loved spending time together cooking and chatting. The spa was a highlight, providing a relaxing retreat after our days out. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own privacy when needed. Overall, it was a perfect spot for our weekend away, and we can't wait to come back!

Stayed here with a group of friends, had an amazing time! The place was amazing, especially the games room and hot tub - kept everyone entertained. Place was very clean and worth the money, special touches made the place feel more homely! Would definitely visit again

We had an amazing short break at Alan and Bill’s place. I cannot recommend it enough! the house is beautiful with full sea view (just across the road), very well equipped, and they have thought of everything you might need. While the swimming pool wasn’t heated during our stay in late October, the house offered plenty more, including a hot tub, sauna, and dedicated BBQ area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to play comfortably. In addition to the beautiful house, Alan and Bill were the most amazing hosts we've experienced in nearly a decade of Airbnb stays. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, responding promptly to all our questions from booking through our stay and accommodating our requests to the best they could. We’re already considering our next trip!

Me and my family had a lovely stay here, the garden was so much fun for the kids could play on decking or grass no matter the weather they have bbq & hot tub. The location is fantastic 5 minutes beautiful walk into town. And so many shops and restaurants. We cooked a lovely dinner and the parking space is perfect right out back and communication between Oliver when needed was perfect very fast and helpful. Would recommend thank you for having us.

Alex was very communicative and welcoming. Please be aware that this accommodation is on a large activity estate site with many different businesses and shops around. This didnt interfere with our stay but if you wanted a quiet out of the way spot this may not be for you. Hot tub great. Bedrooms simple but clean and main accomodation room also clean. Maybe a little small for the 9 adults we had staying ? but all okay. Alex was very kind and allowed us an extra hour or so for late check out with no extra charge. Would recommend.

This is a gorgeous hidden little secret gem. It looked fabulous with all the Xmas lights and decorations and lovely touches like fresh eggs and a bottle of fizz! Simply wow! This beautiful property far exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice at all. We were so overwhelmed when we arrived it took a while for it to sink in that this was home for a few days and it did feel just like home. Both bedrooms are well appointed and luxurious, the en-suite bathrooms were also spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen/living/dining area is super cosy with a stunning log burner. The whole property is warm, welcoming and has such a calm feel about it. To top it off the setting is stunning, with grazing sheep outside your bedroom window and amazing views across the valley. We literally didn't want to leave. There are so many lovely touches that Andrew and his wife have added, I even came away with 3 beautifully home made Christmas cushions. We can't recommend The Lodge enough and will 100% be back soon.

My partner and I really enjoyed this place with beautiful surroundings. Wendy was really nice to say hello to us. We loved the log burner and the hot tub was a big plus. We definitely recommend staying here if you want to just have a nice relaxing weekend away and hear the birds singing every morning :)

even though it is in a private back garden there is enough privacy. The hot tub is perfect and it feels like being immersed in nature.

Host John was friendly and give us the privacy in thier back garden space. Kids enjoyed the games kept inside the house. Also good space to enjoy with family and kids. good beach themed house. Hot tub was fantastic and relaxing
