Monthly Rentals in Broadkill Beach

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

We couldn’t have been happier with Sandy Feet. It was perfect for a family of 6 to have their own spaces but also feel together. Truly amazing views and the sound of the waves can’t be beat. Very peaceful, walkable beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Great recommendations for rainy days as well!

What a gem! The house was perfect and the location was even better. Our dogs loved the place and the walks on the beach. Ian was responsive and genuinely cared how our stay was and that we were comfortable. Can't wait to book again!

When staying here- you feel at home. Decorated in a warm welcoming way, that is free of clutter. The space is very clean and very well put together. Everything you may need from coffee to towels, and everything in between. Broadkill is a decently secluded area so it is very quiet and peaceful. A quick walk to the bay (5minutes) for a peaceful walk. Julie makes a point to make your K-9 feel welcome. With a fenced in yard, bowls, and plenty of space for them to roam. Will definitly be returning! What a great stay we had!
