Beachfront vacation rentals in Broadkill Beach

This is my 3rd time staying here and everything is always perfect. We love that is also handicap accessible because we stay here with my father who is in a wheelchair.

We felt right at home. Very comfortable couch, beds and linen. We enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful ocean views from the top deck, and hanging out in the living room. Everything was as expected based on the descriptions and instructions

The aptly named Coral Cottage is a lovely, charming getaway suitable for families of any size - kids or canines. Our three small pups enjoyed the roomy kitchen, large backyard and quick walk to the beach. The adults loved the comfy beds, outdoor grill and fire pit, and the full size washer and dryer which turned out to be an unexpected convenience. It is a very peaceful and quiet stay just a few minutes from various attractions. Our host, Liz, was great at communicating and setting expectations with plenty of tips on dining and entertainment options. We had such a pleasant time and look forward to doing it again.

We had an excellent stay in Cape May with our pup. The beach house is private and the surrounding is peaceful. We love watching the sunset every day. Lots to do and see around Cape May. Don’t forget to visit both wineries: Cape May Winery and Willow Brook Winery. Great for a nice long lunch with a glass of wine.

The cottage was exactly as described. The host was very response and proactively communicated with us about various accommodation.

Amazing house with all the amenities we could ask for a weeklong family stay. Steps away from quiet Broadkill beach. Lisa was very responsive and provided clear instructions in the house. I will definitely ve staying here for any future trips to the area!

We loved our winter stay at Sandy Paws. The remote cottage is up on posts just above the high tide line in a tiny private community miles away from others. There's a long stretch of beach for just yourself, a couple of friendly neighbors, and a handful of locals. The expansive marsh behind the cottage is full of birds, rabbits, and other wildlife. This is a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, but still within 30 - 60 minutes of larger beaches, hiking, and other activities. There were no insect problems during our stay. Consider bringing bottled water for drinking if you're unaccustomed to well water since the house water, while clean and potable, has a "terroir" which takes some getting used to.

We were in NJ for our son's USCG boot camp graduation from Cape May. This location was perfect and the house is gorgeous. We were about 15min from base and 12 from Wildwood and 1 from the bay waters and beach. Very quie, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. House is just as described.

Fantastic get away. You can't beat the location. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Smaller feel than pictures but still very nice. Being right on the boardwalk allowed us to stay in the beach getaway mood.

We had a fabulous time at Raj's condo. The view is amazing, the kitchen fully stocked making meal prep like being at home, the beds were comfortable, and the condo has a great layout. Note the pool closest to the condo is not open after Labor Day. There is, however, another pool open a few buildings away you are able to use. We walked to the center of town several times for dinner (walk is about 15min). We also had a great time at restaurants right across the street that had live music and amazing seafood. I would definitely return to Raj's condo.

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

We had such an incredible experience renting from Janna! She was attentive to communication from the moment I booked until we checked out. Her house is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice! The scenic views and multiple ambient outdoor areas were fantastic. A great area for groups as it provides many opportunities for comfortable and relaxing smaller gatherings within a large group. Can’t recommend this property enough and hope to visit again one day!

Mark's place was a great spot for our family as we visited extended family in New Jersey. We had 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-8) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location provides great access to the beach, and we enjoyed having the pool as an option to swim as well. There is ample seating space, which was great for visiting with family. Mark's hospitality exceeded our expectations, as he went above and beyond in providing more than what we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to visit again!

Joanna’s apartment is great. Highly recommend for small family or couples. Had a great Brita filter in the refrigerator, comfortable chairs on the balcony and soft towels and sheets. There is a steep set of stairs to get from front door to apartment, just fyi, but nice gate at the top of the stairs. Joanna was always responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Sea Colony is a beautiful resort in Bethany Beach. We were looking for a beach experience, so we didn't participate in the various activities - tennis! There is a fee of $55 per person on top of the AirBnB fee but there is much to offer for this fee. It is due when you check in. The unit has a balcony with a view of the beach. The bath has a tub which needs a bath mat to avoid slipping. Since the weather was perfect we didn't spend much time in the unit. Be sure to bring towels, wash cloths and linens. Kitchen has both K-cup and drip coffee makers.

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

We had a great time! My family decided to book this place for a little thanksgiving getaway. Although it was cold and could not enjoy the area as much, the view from the house is incredible!! Waking up to that view was so peaceful. I would imagine during the summer and spring is breath taking.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! This was our 2nd year staying here. It was another fantastic stay. It's so nice being so close to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and then also go out at night under the stars. Katie is so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to stay again next year.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Karen's house. The layout was perfect for us. With four kids, having three bedrooms on one side of the house for them and the master bedroom on the other side of the house for us gave two tired parents a little break. The fenced-in yard was great for our beagle. We used the barbecue too, which was ready to go, with a nice glass outdoor table with 6 chairs next the bbq. The house is in a low-key, non-tourist area, right down the street from the beach, a quick stroll, literally two to three minutes. The beach is beautiful. In the morning at low tide, great to look for shells and enjoy the view; in the evening at high tide, beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Karen was super responsive to any and all questions we had. She gave us ideas for kid-centric activities in the area, as well as recommendations for restaurants. We had a great few days here and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Karen!

Our family of four just had our first stay near Cape May, and Megan's cottage exceeded all our expectations! The photos don’t quite capture the charm and elegance of the space; everything from the furnishings to the thoughtful details and amenities feels like a 5-Star experience. The outdoor area is a true highlight! The fenced-in yard was a fantastic perk for our fur dogs, who were warmly welcomed by Megan with a “buddy stick” holder and extra water bowls, a thoughtful touch! We slept like royalty on the comfortable memory foam mattresses, and the sheets and towels were luxuriously soft. I also appreciated the range of toiletries available when my son realized he forgot his toothbrush, there were plenty to choose from! The Smart TVs were a delightful addition for cozy movie nights after a day at the beach, along with some competitive games of Corn Hole and Jenga. The Solo fire pit and café lights created a magical atmosphere at Megan’s beach cottage and backyard oasis; we will return!

One of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed in! Our group consisted of two sisters, their kids (13, 10 and 1.5) and a grandma and the place was absolutely perfect for all our needs. The beautiful rooms and deck are exactly as pictured, the place was exceptionally clean and the decor struck the perfect balance of beauty, function and comfort for all involved. The staircase was solid and carpeted so Grandma had no problems on it and the owners were kind enough to supply a baby gate so the toddler stayed in the room downstairs with her mom and we never needed to worry about her. All the beds have comfortable, new memory foam mattresses and there were extra pillows, blankets and towels at every turn. The whole place even smelled nice with a subtle air freshener. The owners were extremely accessible and thoughtful and reached out with restaurant recommendations in the weeks leading up to our stay. We loved the place and hope to come back next year!

Really nice and accurately described vacation condo. It was perfect for a golf trip for four and very close to the beach, restaurants, etc.
