Very peaceful and Cosy cottage - would recommend.

We have stayed here several times now as it is so clean, peaceful and comfortable. A beautiful barn conversion in beautiful surroundings. All the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Would stay again.

Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!

Really lovely stay, felt nice and private. The stable itself was spacious with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Just up the road is the best farm shop I have ever visited.
