Fantastic apartment in a lovely location, near the sea, plenty of shops and cafes and on a convenient bus route into Brighton (or walkable!). We had a great stay, the flat is really comfortable and spacious and Michael was great at communicating ahead of and during our stay, thanks!

Lovely place to stay for a weekend in town. Very close to the town centre. Allocated parking space. Has everything you need to be self sufficient. Highly recommended

Lovely stay at Natalie’s family home. It’s a beautiful home, each room tastefully decorated and lots of space. We loved the newly fitted kitchen! Thanks so much to Natalie’s husband who resolved an issue for us very promptly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect for a family of 5 with a small dog. Great location with everything on your doorstep and whilst we didn't use it the garden would be excellent in the summer. Would definitely book again if we came to stay this way again.

David is an incredible host, personable, easy going and very professional, who really goes the extra mile for his guests. His kindness and hospitality far exceeds what I could hope for in a host. The apartment is beautiful, light and spacious, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and very comfortable and cosy. Fresh flowers, a choice of very good coffee and yummy cookies were such a lovely surprise, and the bed is blissfully comfy, the only downside of my stay was having to leave! Great flat in perfect location. All was as described and as expected. Xavier was a great host, friendly and responsive. The flat is tasteful and stylish with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

We just needed somewhere to stay that was easy to get about for our hen weekend… but the The Admiral Pub was actually a really nice friendly pub that we ended up spending our first night in. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed. The living space was big and the rooms were spacious. Couldn’t fault it

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

I loved this spot. If I come to Brighton again I would love to stay at Meghan’s. Accurate listing, very walkable, and very clean. She went above and beyond with champagne waiting for us. Hate to rate this one as it is a hidden gem, but she deserves it.

Absolutely stunning little apartment in an amazing location, perfect for exploring Brighton. Gorgeous arty interiors and all the bits you need for a comfy stay. There’s a large car park 5 mins walk away (bingo) where you can pay to park as on-street parking is hard to come by. Definitely recommend.

Lovely , calm quiet flat in the heart of vibrant Hove . 5 mins to the seafront . You can park outside for 2 hours using pay-by phone app to unload everything. I then drove to Norton Road Carpark which is council owned. This costs £10.50 for 12 hours 8am-8pm and free overnight . So I simply topped up using the app every morning just before 8 am . 3 days parking cost me £31.50 . Simples. There’s always space . Sarah was very responsive and Uber nice as was her partner . Had a chat with her neighbour and exchanged tips on well-being . Giggling Squid is a really nice Thai restaurant near by . Highly recommend . I spent my days on the beach and chilled in the evening in Sarah’s vibrant flat . Didn’t want to leave ! Thanks Sarah , Davey and of course not forgetting Lisa 😊

It was a last min booking as another host cancelled last minute, and Fiona was quick to respond and accomidate.She has earned her title as a superhost. Place was spotless, came with a we welcome bad of goodies, and loads of information about the area. The service and accommodation Fiona provides is faultless. Thanks again you saved our trip.

Roland and Amy's place is a real gem; a really rare find. I booked for the Easter weekend. Right from the comfirmation of my booking, to the final checkout, they went out of their way to make my stay just perfect. I was mainly in contact with Amy, Roland's partner, who was there to meet me at check-in. She was lovely, making me feel very at home and making sure I knew where everything was and how everything worked. There were so many nice touches to welcome me; including chocolate Easter eggs! This appartment isn't just an appartment, it's far more of a home. It's clear to see just how much love and time they've put in to it. Full of character, charm, bright, warm and very spacious and cosy. Amazing location, amazing home. And wonderful hosts. Perfect flat for a weekend gate away to a Brighton. Great location for the train station, shops, restaurants and only a 15 mins (max) walk to the beach. The host was very welcoming and the flat was clean and perfect size for the two of us.

The house was beautiful and the way it has been furnished was gorgeous! llian put up a birthday sign for me which was so cute. The kids loved it too. It was in a great location and would definitely come back again. Clear instructions and the place was immaculate. The only thing I would say is, because our house back at home is a new build, they are naturally warmer than a traditional built house, so it was cold. But the weather was bitter than usual that weekend. We did have to use the heating. It’s not a complaint but if visiting in the winter, just bring some layers for the evening. Xx

absolutely gorgeous apartment! even better than the pictures! was so easy to check in via the lockbox and parking outside was so useful! literally a 2min walk to the beach, a few minutes to the lanes, and like 30 seconds to lovely restaurants and shops! took our 1 year old and was absolutely spot on as not loads of cluttered ornaments for him to grab and beautiful open plan design. beautiful bay window, and gorgeous interior design! (i now want a pink kitchen🤣) fully stocked with useful amenities (cuttlery,plates,shampoo ect.) honestly never wanted to leave! would 100000% stay again! thankyou so much! 🤍

We were very pleased to find this lovely flat (which allowed our well behaved dog) to base walking distance to our son and family over the Christmas holidays. It is very well placed for a Brighton/West Sussex stay. Set back from a main road, the flat is very quiet and situated in a beautifully landscaped garden. We had a designated parking place. The public areas of the flat are stylish, well maintained and felt very safe. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in an Airbnb. Catherine and Nicole’s communication was excellent and friendly. They even left treats for our dog! We highly recommend this flat and would book again! Thanks Catherine and Nicole!
