Had a great stay at Jayne and Keith’s. Easy check in and host were always responsive. The place was homely had everything we needed for the 4 nights we stayed. The beds were comfortable and they had loads of dvd’s, board games and books for both adult and kids. Entertainment and park close by so the kids were well entertained, although the entertainment passes were quite expensive for what you get as it doesn’t include a lot of the activities which you have to pay for separately. saying that you are able to hop between the sites, which has a complimentary bus service to take to there and back. Maybe if we were here during the season where the outdoor pool was open then it may have been more worth the money. This obviously has no reflection on Jayne and Kieth as the owners and host of the caravan. Would consider coming back here again if we are visiting Selsey. Thanks Jayne and Kieth for a lovely stay at your caravan.

The place was more than what we have expected. Karens place was so clean, cozy and a very comfortable place to stay. Very near to the entertainment complex. She was very accomodating and responsive from the very start. The place was also kid friendly, a lot of toys that the kids were able to enjoy. They also prepared stuff like high chair and cot for the babies. Thank you so much Karen for accomodating us and alliwing us to enjoy your place. I would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much Karen😊

This is a super spot. Howard was extremely responsive and helpful. The village is just beautiful and surrounded by the gorgeous Surrey hills. It was just what we needed for a few days of peace. It’s not easy to find but Howard provided the what three words coordinates which brought us straight to the gate. Highly recommend and very good value.

My friends and I were looking for little break in the middle of nowhere and this place was just perfect. Beautiful surroundings, birds chirping, sheeps and horses around 🥰 Huge grill outside was really useful, there is even a pedal boat! The only thing was missing in my opinion it was those little touches in the house, what I mean is there is no coffee or tea, no hand towels and no shower facilities. I would also add some decorations to make it feel more like home because it felt a little empty but still the outside surroundings made up for it and overall we loved this place and would come back again 😊

Clare was a very friendly and attentive host, asking us if we needed more towels, and basic bits. We had a welcome package of fresh bred, butter and milk and some lovely orange juice. The kitchen doesn’t have an oven, but with the space they have, they have fitted everything in perfectly, and still able to cook most things on the hob and in the microwave. We went to Plumpton races while we stayed here, it’s a great event and would highly recommend planning your stay with a day at the races!

Ruth was really responsive and helpful. The lodge itself is lovely, feels really spacious, the hot tub is a real winner and the spot it’s in on the lake is just perfect. I felt really relaxed, Ruth did little touches as well to make us feel really welcome. I would highly recommend this beautiful lodge, the only slight negative is the location, you can’t really walk to a town, but we have a car so it wasn’t the end of the world and it made us explore more of the surrounding villages which were really nice. Thank you Ruth we loved our family long weekend.

An ideal base for visiting the area but staying away from the main hustle and bustle of Brighton. Good sized studio located very privately at the end of the owners garden with separate entrance. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good beds, shower room with lots of hot water, plenty of towels, kitchen mostly suited for small meals rather than full blown roast, but with everything you need including tea/ coffee for two people. WiFi good for personal stuff but may not suit someone working as it dipped out a few times. Small outside sitting area which is also very private. Personal touch of biscuits and Easter eggs appreciated. 10 min walk to the station to get train into centre of Brighton ( approx 10 mins on train). Loads of safe parking in the street outside property. Shops and pub in the immediate area as well as a lovely green. Got exactly what we were expecting by property description and photos.
