Laurie's place is absolutely beautiful! Exactly as described. Laurie was very responsive when I reached out at arrival. She had all of the little touches that made the stay extra nice, like actual coffee on the counter, tea in the cabinet and cream in the fridge! She had beautiful extra blankets for cold and fans/AC for warm. There was even a family of deer playing in the back yard when we pulled in! The house is at a great location to the town center with lots of shopping at adorable boutiques, coffee shops thrifts and general store (don't miss Reny's!) Overall an excellent weekend away!

My wife, myself and our pup loved our time at Christine’s. Thought it was a great value for the area and we appreciated how many little extras were included (snacks, beer, wine, seltzer, toiletries). Location is great for walks to East Prom or Old Port, and parking is a breeze with the dedicated driveway. It is a cozy fit if you’re a bigger person (I’m 6’ and I had just a few inches of clearance from the ceiling).

Place was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and the great living space. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great place for families.

We had a great visit, as we did some wedding planning for my daughter's wedding in the fall. Her future in-laws joined us and we got a lot accomplished and still had time to enjoy the beach. We had pretty significant snow overnight, and the area was cleared early and safely. Wendy was flexible and responded quickly. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our short stay at Jennifer’s place. It was in a great location, walkable to lots of markets, restaurants, and shops. Parking was great — behind the house. The house was super cute and clean. Loved all the plants and the cute balcony. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Gorgeous house, peaceful area, a great back deck with pool and hot tub! Jey was a great host, very helpful and quick response time. The house was very clean and put together. I would totally recommend staying at jeys house!!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

We had a magical getaway for the weekend! We watched a porcupine forage around the yard both evenings from the hot tub. We named him “Steve”. We loved the walk down to the river and enjoying sunrise from the hot tub with coffee. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, and great amenities. Our kids loved the heated pool , hot tub, board games, and the easy walk to the beach. The location is also great and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Stephanie was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions.

Great place to stay for a big family and kid-friendly! We had a fantastic trip and the host was super responsive. The living room area is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommend this place.

The host was amazing. Relaxing atmosphere. We were able to bring our little dog. Bedrooms were a great size and beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed having a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Home was very clean and tidy. We look forward to coming back again next year! Great location..close the waterfront and just a short drive to Portland. Local grocery store was just down the road. TV in every room was a bonus!

The hosts were very prompt in communicating. The thoughtfulness they have put into furnishing the property is amazing. It has a very vintage nautical feeling to it. The house is extremely well appointed. We didn’t have any problems at all. The surroundings are off the beaten path which we especially appreciated. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Damariscotta Downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay. On the ocean and very clean. very comfortable beds and beautiful linens. Whitney was a great host Responded quickly to our questions . Would recommend this place to anyone. Great quality for the price. Also easy check-in. We enjoyed our stay very much with our son and his family of our four grandsons!

What a place. So many great things to do. We swam and fished in the lake, the kayaks and canoes were so much fun and at night we sat by the fire pit and played table hockey.The house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

Jeremy and Ellen are fantastic hosts. Very communicative during booking and prior to arrival with suggestions of what to do (we were travelling from the UK). We stayed for 16 nights and the house felt like home - it has everything you need. Absolutely fantastic place to stay and we really recommend it.

The house was set up perfectly for 6 adults and an infant. Clean, fresh and felt like home! I really wanted to be right on the ocean and worried I would not be able to see or spend time at the water. This house was perfect just down the street ocean access and was so peaceful. Our whole family was able to be together relax and enjoy the scenic area! This house offered everything we needed and wanted! Host was very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely perfect for larger groups. We had 7 people in our group for a family get together and it was perfect. The layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for families to remain together and allow for privacy. LOTS if dining room seating which was wondeful for us to be able to all eat together. The kitchen was well stocked with many baking dishes and with 2 refrigerators we were able to bring everything we needed to keep cool. Mike was a great host who was so responsive with any questions. Perfect walking distance to the pier and shopping!
