Condo vacation rentals in Boothbay Harbor

Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

This is a great location for enjoying the beach. Just a short walk and you are Surfside. The place is cute, comfortable and my son and I enjoyed our mini-surfing vacation. We left a day early only because of stormy weather. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Mark was a great host and was quick and responsive to anything we needed during our stay. Will definitely be staying again!

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

The location is good and just few mins walk to beach

Overall great experience, unfortunately the other folks that were supposed to join us weren’t able to, so it was just my girlfriend and I, which was still nice. A little chilly coming in the door, but hearing the place up was easy.

10 of us stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and it was perfect! Even with so many people, the place felt spacious- having a little porch space to sip morning coffee was a huge plus! It’s located 10 min from everywhere we went this weekend. Tamara and Dave were quickly responsive when needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This home was just perfect for a few days of R&R for my sister and me. The apartment is perfectly appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Kudos to the designer - the space was the perfect blend of a lovely aesthetic and function. I will certainly be remembering this little gem for the next time I'm in Portland!

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

Nick’s and Kayla’s place was perfect for our little family getaway! Close to everything in a super walkable city. The space was just as described and came with a pack n play, booster seat, and stroller included, which made the trip a breeze. Clean and just the right amount of space for us and our two littles. Great for families! Thanks for a wonderful time!

This Airbnb was perfect. It’s right in the city of Portland with plenty of places to go. Everything was clean and prepared for us. Well worth the price.

James' place was the perfect spot to spend MDW with my friend. The location was absolutely perfect, a short drive to the beach. The home was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of towels, waters in the fridge, toiletries, etc. Not to mention, it was spotless. I was able to bring my dog, who also felt right at home. There was some confusion when checking in and the hosts responded so quickly and resolved my issue immediately. We cannot wait to come back and visit and hope to stay here again.

We loved staying here! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - located on a peaceful coastal street but also 5 mins from dock square. Plus, the bed is super comfy! We can’t wait to come back.

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

It was such a cozy, wonderful condo with ocean sounds and breezes right from the front door. Neighbors very kind and welcoming; never felt like a stranger from the first day! Although just a studio, quite spacious and very comfortable even when my husband and child came to visit! David always responded to any questions rather about the condo, condo building, or just a good place to eat! Just a lovely all around stay! All my classmates were jealous! :)

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

The townhouse complex is really nice, has a pool and it's a short walk to the beach. The space is comfortable, the balcony is nice, the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. We had a very relaxing stay! It's really quiet and relaxing after a beach day or exploring nearby Portland. (if you're sensitive to noise - there's train that goes by a few times a day that you'll likely hear)

This is my third year in a row staying at the Wells condo. It is has been amazing each year. The other residents are very welcoming and friendly, always waving and saying hi. So much to do and eat right on the main road, with a short distance to beaches. I will absolutely be back for a fourth year!

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!
