Beautiful property, perfect space for a little getaway with friends!

My friend and I spent our momcation here and it was perfect! The sauna and hot tub felt relaxing. The lilacs were in bloom and smelled heavenly. The birds sang for us every morning while we enjoyed our coffee on the deck. I love to cook and the kitchen had what I needed. The house was clean and was the sweetest little set-up.

This home is comfy, cozy, and clean - a classic New Englander - and convenient to skiing and Bethel. Weather kept us from enjoying all of the area’s winter activities, but we enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Definitely would stay again.

This home was perfect for our stay in Maine. It had everything we could have needed short of groceries. Three nights were definitely not enough to fully experience it.

Alexa’s place was comfortable, well furnished, and impeccably clean, and she was extremely easy to get ahold of and communicate with! We had a fantastic two days away from home at this place.

Came here for our honeymoon ! Very secluded and relaxing ! David was very responsive and helpful. Hot tub was amazing ! It was the perfect relaxing getaway we needed and wanted after planning our wedding. There isn’t much service in the area but the house had great wifi. To get to the Airbnb you do have to drive on unpaved road but you get used to it once you drive on it a few times.

What can I say? My family and I had an amazing trip and did so much! Thanks to the Feras family for being supportive and welcoming us with open arms! I will DEFINITELY make this my permanent rental spot in the area! I am forever a permanent guest!

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

We had a girls weekend in Maine, where 10 of us stayed at Krystal's home in Old Orchard Beach. It was the perfect location, close to Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunkport, and the beach itself in OOB. The home was minutes walking to the town and beach which was perfect! The 3 floors were spacious and every room in the home had its own charm making it the perfect gateway! We even changed some of our plans to stay in more and enjoy the beautiful home! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for us 10, and have two separate fully stocked kitchens was also a huge bonus! We particularly loved the large dining table space and ate all our meals in there together. While the home made our trip, thee hospitality and responsiveness of Krystal helped make the travels that much easier and seamless. They were very communicative of arrival plans and departures and went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with beverages, sharing helpful recommendations and tips, and a lovely note!

Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

This was a great stay for us, very comfortable bed, extra blankets, full kitchen, nice sitting room, off-street parking, & we could bring our dog. So many thoughtful touches everywhere I looked in this little historic house! We loved being in the very walkable West End neighborhood--Zu Bakery, Ugly Duckling, Fresh Approach market, Blue Portland Maine for live music, & a little park a few houses away. I would love to come again!

We had family in town for graduation and Amy’s place checked all the boxes for us. Plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The bedrooms were roomy and cozy. Our little nephew loved the well-stocked bookcase that allowed him to have a different story every night. The trampoline and outside space were wonderful. We even used the barbecue. Would definitely recommend!

House and location worked for our family who was in Portland for a graduation. Parking for 3 cars was handy. Beach super close as was Scratch Bakery (yum).

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

this house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway!! spacious and beautiful, still super close to all the activities in portland, but wonderfully peaceful! it was too cold to use the pool but it looks great and I would love to book this house again later in there summer to be able to use it! the beds were super comfortable and easy off street parking. thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

We had a magical getaway for the weekend! We watched a porcupine forage around the yard both evenings from the hot tub. We named him “Steve”. We loved the walk down to the river and enjoying sunrise from the hot tub with coffee. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a big family and kid-friendly! We had a fantastic trip and the host was super responsive. The living room area is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommend this place.

Alexa’s house was a great place to relax and close to the beaches and other places to enjoy. She is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend staying there and we will be coming back in the future.
