Karen and Don were such great hosts! We cannot wait to stay again and for longer the next time we visit family in Naples. We booked last minute and got so lucky to find this gem. The property is beautiful. You’re surrounded by nature while being close to in town amenities. It was very easy to find and check in/ out. My favorite part was the tour of the property and conversations with Karen and Don. They have kayaks and bikes for you to use. The beds were so comfortable and we got some great rest there. Can’t wait to stay again!

Nancy is an incredible host. Her place is super clean from floors, to linens to shower, all is impeccably clean. The kitchen area was a convenient space to make breakfast every morning , There are 2 of us and we were quite comfortable. There are many beautiful flowers and fruit trees on the grounds. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the outdoor chairs. Shopping and restaurants are just a close ride. It’s a convenient location. Nancy is happy to answer any questions you may have. She is an amazing host .

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!

Absolutely wonderful time here! We spent some time with Cliff looking at homes in the area to purchase while we were in town. He was very knowledgeable about the area and passionate about it. Both Cliff and Bob were welcoming and warm. The experience was better than we expected and will absolutely stay with them in the future. The home was as described, clean, well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable to sleep in. We loved the hot tub, the view of the canal, and evenings chatting with Bob and the other guests.

Charly's place was great! Stayed 5 days and felt really comfortable and safe. The amenities were perfect for the short trip. Within a short drive to local grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants! The Lazy Flamingo and The Perfect Cup are great places to visit.

Ryan’s place had everything we needed and was clean. I asked a question about a local beach and he called right away with great recommendations and even provided beach chairs in town for us! If you like a firm memory foam mattress, this place is for you. Nice quiet subdivision, peaceful yard, and close to lots of things.

Exactly as advertised...Place was nearby every thing you needed...Sean was a good host and very responsive...

We had a minor issue but Ximena was so quick to respond and help us out. The neighborhood felt safe, the studio was extremely clean and bigger than we expected. Would recommend staying here!

Her place had all the amenities I needed. It was peaceful. The colors were harmonious. There’s a lovely little private area outdoors that you can sit and relax with your morning coffee. The neighborhood was very walkable and close to everything happening in Naples. I plan to stay with her again! Fayer and I communicated via the Air B n B platform a few times prior to my visit as I had to change my dates twice. She was helpful, communicated in a timely manner, and offered date adjustments. She made my needed changes smooth and easy. Because I was in town to visit my son, who had just bought a condo nearby, she also cheered me on in my new endeavor as his chief decorator. I intend to stay in her Airbnb on my next visit in June . Thank you very much.

Linda was a wonderful host. Beautiful home, beautiful pool. I wish we had more time to enjoy it. Will definitely recommend and hopefully can stay again!

Wow ! What a great little peaceful place. On the water - provided peaceful mornings to have coffee & amazing evenings to sit outside and star gaze ! Place had everything needed & Cathy was super quick to answer any questions we messaged her . Love all she and her place has to offer .

Melissa was responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place is SUPER CLEAN! We had a great time and a great stay. It was so nice having the washer and dryer. She has a sweet and friendly cat on the property that we had fun petting.

Exceptional property and grounds. The serenity of the backyard with pool and hot tub create an oasis. The home is well appointed with comfortable amenities. Spacious parking, beach chairs available, stocked kitchen, and easy access to the area. Kristi is a great host and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

When looking for place to stay we came across Seth And Ivonne's listing for this unit. We reviewed the listing as well as previous reviews and can say that all were right on spot! The unit was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and in quiet location. They are great responsible hosts!

Took a family girls’ trip over Spring break that was in a central area for the places we wanted to visit. The home was clean, mostly peaceful, accommodating and the hosts were so kind and friendly! Highly recommend!

Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We liked the place and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the many things to do and see. The weather was perfect and the place was a great jumping point for all the activities.
