Our family enjoyed a week relaxing and fishing. The amenities sell this place with bikes, kayaks, pool, hot tub, boat and all the extras! The home is on a bike path and you can ride or walk for miles! It was peaceful and quiet but we enjoyed going to all the restaurants as well! Excellent food and atmosphere!

We had an amazing stay! The place was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and so well cared for, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool area and the stunning canal water views—such a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area is safe and nice for morning and evening runs or walks as well. Merrill was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish including voluntarily offering a late checkout to accomodate our flight schedule! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this lovely island retreat to anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and relaxing getaway! Ariani’s is the little Italian restaurant recommended in the hosts guidebook. Make sure to plan on dining there during your stay! Great choice!

We had an incredible stay at Marc’s place! The view in person was even better than the pictures! The house has everything you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. We loved the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed fishing from the dock. The neighborhood was so quiet, but we enjoyed watching the boats and jumping fish on the canal. Marc was very responsive to any questions we had. We were sad to leave and hope to be back! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Loved our stay here is Cape Coral! House was clean and nice big beds for adults! The pool and hot tub were clean! We were surprised a little with how small the hot tub was but it still worked! Lots of fun items and beach items were available also! Our favorite part of the rental was the pontoon available for our use! Joe was very helpful with recommendations with the pontoon! We were able to navigate to sanibel and that was our highlight of the trip! Dolphins were also seen while we were close to the house as we toured the local canals! Both hosts were so very nice and helpful! Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

The home was beautiful with so many extras - pool, bikes, games, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. Lots of amenities and food in the kitchen. Very roomy with comfortable furniture. We felt right at home. Great neighborhood for taking walks and loved the fenced in yard for our dog. What made our stay most enjoyable was Karen's flexibility and friendliness. We were able to check in earlier than planned, had a beautiful welcome basket of goodies, and lots of communication with Karen. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including hopping on a plane and coming down to fix the door lock the day after we started having trouble! We will return for another visit!
