Our stay with Alessandra was absolutely wonderful. She sent us a guide before we even arrived, was extremely flexible with our check-in, met us at the door and gave us a tour. Everything was provided for us, the bed was very nice along with the shower. The lighting was beautiful also. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in Bologna.

One of the most beautiful places we ever seen! The house is so unique, thoughtfully designed and well equipped. It’s in a great location with only 5 minutes walk from the train station and got a lot of groceries stores and restaurants near by. Federica and David were such a great hosts, the communication was perfect and they helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommend! We definitely will come back to this special place!

Everything was completely amazing, Dino is an amazing host. During my first night, the supermarkets/gas stations were closed, and i asked Dino whether there’s a delivery service from where I can order some water from… Dino knocked on my door in 5mins and brought me few bottles of water 🤗

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

This place was great and just about walkable from Bologna station (20mins) with suitcases. Paola was always responsive and when we had an issue with the power on the first night she and her husband sorted it straight away. There is a playground and park opposite the place which was really helpful for the kids and plenty of supermarkets close by. We were also able to bring our suitcases in the morning of arrival and leave them there while the place was being cleaned from previous occupants which saved us having to find luggage storage. Definitely recommend.

There were many positive aspects to our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-organized, offering ample space for 8 people. The kitchen was functional and equipped with brand-new utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were well-appointed with wardrobes. The bathrooms were spacious, and the apartment’s location was excellent, with convenient parking right in front of the entrance. On the downside, there was no hot water on the first day, the apartment was not very soundproof, and we didn’t have the required card to dispose of the trash. Communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Very friendly and very good communication. Every message was answered in min an hour. Very detailed description of the way to the house. All very good organised. Unfortunately I got a cold and I couldn't come then in the end. But we definitely book this house again.

So if you are traveling by car, it is very nice and in a good location 15 min. to Bologna, about 1 hour from Verona, so you can also visit other cities and very nice people and very comfortable. I was very pleased

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. St Ruffillo station is about a 15-minute walk and the bus stop is 5 minutes away. Lidia is very responsive and friendly.

I was in Bologna for business and vacation. The Airbnb is in a perfect spot. The place is quiet and quiet. Especially the small terrace is very pleasant. Everything was very clean and tidy. The presence of a washing machine and iron is very pleasant. Simona received me well and I was even allowed to drop off my suitcase for the agreed check-in time. She gave good tips and responds quickly. Absolutely recommended!

Francesco & Filiippo's place worked out very well for us during our stay in Bologna. Before our arrival, we received very clear instructions to reach the place along with transportation options which was super helpful. The apartment was right in the city centre and everything was at a walkable distance. The apartment was excellent for 2 people and the hosts had thoughtfully put in all amenities that one could think of. The private court yard was a big plus.The hosts were very responsive and were always available to solve/guide. We would recommend this place for an excellent stay in Bologna, especially for the ease of exploring Bologna from the location and also for the graciousness of the hosts during the stay.

We traveled for business and Davide's place was perfect. Great location was perfect - easy walk to the center (10 minutes) and easy to get to bus stations nearby. We loved the little balcony and that there is a lift that makes it easy to get luggage upstairs. Overall, we totally loved it and will come back!
