Accommodation is fully furnished, including detergent, iron, herbs.. et cetera. A few hours before arrival, we were asked if we had another wish that could be taken into account. Furthermore... communication is great! You feel the space to come with questions (if they are there). Finally: beautiful location as a starting point for walks and visits to Florence and Bologna. By car to a train station, parking and buy a ticket. Public transportation is cheap and very well arranged.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

It's a pity we were only there for such a short time! Nicoletta's place is ideally located for exploring the area, also and especially by train. To the train station it is only 10 minutes by foot, and to Bologna several trains run in the hour. But Ravenna is also easily accessible. The apartment, located just outside, is lovingly furnished and maintained. Coffee, tea, etc. can be found on arrival. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Nicoletta is a very attentive, helpful and friendly host who can be reached at any time. Thank you for the tips and information we got from her and Antonio.

A really nice place to stay! The experience was complete in every respect, thanks also to the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Maria Rosa, always present for every need. The cottage, with a traditional style, is cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Rastignano is a small quiet town, but well connected to Bologna and the surrounding areas, perfect for those looking for a little relaxation without giving up the convenience of travel and the proximity of a big city.

We had a great stay! Check-in and out with a lockbox was really convenient. Super walkable to everything in center city. And the home is just very cute and well decorated :) the only thing to mention is I would be wary of counting on the WiFi. It’s just a mobile hotspot and it was pretty spotty. Nicolò was responsive and brought us another one to try but it wasn’t much better. I had to tether to my phone to do Zoom calls for work.
