The location couldn't have been better with an award winning trattoria literally across the street. We were there on Saturday the street was closed to cars which made it easy to walk and enjoy the city. The place was clean, had a nice outside area to relax and chat along with roof top. Excellent all around!!

all in all great especially if you have a car. fully equipped apartment clean, good kitchen good for family. liked the place i recommend providing shampoo and shower Gell. also washing detergent for the washing machine otherwise great thank you

The stay was very comfortable and hassle-free. The place is much nicer than it appears in the photos, and the little garden is a delight. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable, cook and enjoy, as well as being very conveniently located.

Elena’s place is nicely located in a very green residential neighborhood just on the outside of Bologna’s historic center. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Her apartment is warm and inviting, furnished with antiques and art and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, linens were fresh. Elena’s communication was excellent and her English outstanding. We felt really welcome.

Rosella was helpful and quick to respond. The place was just right for a business trip. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly.

We had such a lovely stay at apartment Emily & Kos! The location is fantastic — a nice, easy walking distance to the city center, with a grocery shop conveniently nearby for anything you might need. The apartment itself is brand new, beautifully done, and equipped with everything you could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable — we especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome breakfast package waiting for us when we arrived in the evening. Such a kind touch after a long journey! One of our favorite features was the cozy balcony — the perfect spot to catch some afternoon rays of sun. Our host was truly amazing: so welcoming, communicative, and helpful. Even before our arrival, she sent us a fantastic list of sights and local recommendations, which made planning our trip easy. We enjoyed this place in Bologna. The rooms were well appointed and the proximity to the train station can not be beaten. As a hub to travel on day trips to places like Modena and Venice this was perfect. Because the location is a bit north of the city zone, parking was actually fairly easy, if it was a bit confusing using the meters. It is about a 25 minute walk to get down into the main of the city for things like the known restaurants and sights, but there are a couple hidden gems up in the area.

Very well located apartment to quickly access the train station and the city center, comfortable, very quiet, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Franca welcomed us very cordially and took the time to give us advice (restaurants, shops, visits). Thank you for everything.

I stayed at Giulia’s flat for a week and had a wonderful experience. Her mom greeted me at check-in even though we didn’t speak the same language, she was so warm and welcoming that communication was no problem at all. The flat itself felt like home. Very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, including the train station, which made it super easy to visit nearby cities. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Everything is fine, only one cutting board we would have missed. The rental was very proactive and tried to give us a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The local area has good places to eat, plenty supermarkets and town is within walking distrance or short bus ride away. The flat was comfortable with everything we could need for a pleasant stay and James was welcoming, helpful and happy to share his local knowledge. I would recommend his place and would love to visit Bologna again.

Great apartment only a short walk of 15 minutes away from the city center. The host was nice and flexible with check-in and check-out. Would definitely book again :)

We had a fabulous 4 days at Fabios apartment. It’s a really good size, and we especially loved the terrace. Walkable to the centre of Bologna and very easy access to train station and airport by bus. Highly recommended!

I stayed in the apartment with my colleagues, and we found the beds and sofa in the living room very comfortable. The apartment was impeccably clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was peaceful yet highly convenient—just a short walk to a large supermarket, and only 10 minutes on foot to the city center and central station. Anna, our host, was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great time in the apartment from the first moment. Giovanni welcomed us kindly in the very convenient private parking lot under the house and explained everything about the apartment and the surroundings. It is very convenient to reach the center of Bologna by public transport, which is currently a generalized construction site. We will definitely be back

Lovely little flat in Saragozza. We are at the local restaurants and took advantage of some of their recommendations. It was really quiet for us, we felt safe the entire time in Bologna, and everyone was very welcoming (if/when you try to use a little basic Italian lol)
