The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (recent kitchen and living room equipment, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in exchanges on the application, reception with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt so that the check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night there. Thank you so much!

The place is really beautiful, it' s just 30kms away from bologna. If your looking for an escape from the city, crowd, work life & all those pressures and refresh your mind this is the right place. Also Christian is a really nice man, he helped me with everything and he even picked me up from the train station and dropped me off... Great man and great place... È stato bellissimo

So if you are traveling by car, it is very nice and in a good location 15 min. to Bologna, about 1 hour from Verona, so you can also visit other cities and very nice people and very comfortable. I was very pleased

We arrived late at night, they welcomed us very well, very kind, always available. The studio was perfect for us, with a very small bomb and a dog, we had all the necessary spaces. The wonderful garden that surrounds the house, ideal for the dog, the studio well furnished and very very clean! If we go back to Bologna, we will definitely come back here!

It is a beautiful, secluded cottage in the countryside on the hills, very spacious, furnished simply but with a very deep sense of peace. There is something that remains a little dusty and some insects here and there but considering the location, it seems completely natural! We really enjoyed our time at Paola and Pierluigi's place and would come back any time. The hosts are extremely nice and warm. Unfortunately, we don't speak Italian, but communication worked out well. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people (possibly with a child). There is everything you need for a stay. The kitchen in particular is very well equipped. We were especially pleased with the many foods provided! Grazie(: The immediate outdoor area of the property houses a small table and two chairs, which is sufficient for a meal for two. The fact that a "road" passes directly by is absolutely negligible, as a maximum of 5 cars pass by here per day. The hosts have created a very large garden, which is very nice and in which there are further accommodation options. A pond is also very close. Another positive for us was that it is only 30-40 minutes to Bologna airport.

Only one night stay for approach to Bologna. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen for dinner and breakfast. Very quiet and quiet area.

My husband and our two children had the Devine pleasure of staying on the top floor of this beautifully renovated villa, which is located on a beautiful estate and has a beautiful view of the country side from one of the windows. The apartment was gorgeous and perfect for two adults and two kids. Our host was very friendly and hospitable and greeted us with a glass of local wine, cheese and fruit. We took a swim in the large in ground pool and relaxed on the lounge chairs before going to the near by town of Imola, to take a walk around the very cool castle. Bologna is a 25 minute drive and definitely worth a visit. Perfect stay in a perfect villa. Thank you so much for sharing it with my family.

Extremely friendly and approachable hostess. Paola often provided us with culinary delicacies and great tips and was always there for us. The house itself was very clean, quiet, well equipped with its own wind- and rain-protected spot right at your doorstep. Opposite a park-like complex with seating and reclining facilities. Overall, everything extraordinarily and lovingly well maintained. A "paradise" in Emilia.
