Monthly Rentals in Bogenhausen

I lived in Kimy's apartment for 2 1/2 months during an internship and really enjoyed my time! Kimy was a great and attentive host who always responded quickly to my questions and was extremely accommodating in every way. The apartment itself was also great - quiet location with great connections towards the city center.

To be honest, we booked Kiki's place initially because a lot of the places closer to the Marienplatz area were already full. Kiki's place was a great option. The apartment truly felt like staying at someone's home. We took the tram 17, which was a 6 minute walk from her place to Marienplatz easily. The tram comes often with 5 - 15 minutes intervals. I had some issues during check-in and texted Kiki and she responded within 1 minute which made it very reassuring. While parking in the garage, you have to go through a pathway that has multiple doors, which was confusing at first, but once we knew where to go, it was straightforward enough to get from basement park to the level 1 apartment with the lift and no stairs.

The apartment is perfect for trade fair visitors and exhibitors! It is super comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need. After a long day at the fair, you can relax here ideally. The location is convenient, and communication with the host was easy and quick. Clear recommendation – I'd love to come back!

In every respect very uncomplicated, perfect connection to bus and train, very quiet and beautiful residential area. Christian is a really kind and open-minded host. The apartment is very functional and beautifully designed, we felt absolutely comfortable.
