Cheerful room in beautiful house

Beautiful room on the first floor of a house. Bathroom is on the ground floor. It is equipped very beautiful partly with ancient furniture. With two separated single beds (100x200cm and 90x200cm) and an extra fold-bed if needed. Timber floor, under-floor heating. It is a beautiful villa from the 1930's with large garden. Very calm. Laundry service after arrangement possible. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Mc Donald's is only 2 min away by walk. The landlady speaks also English, French, Spanish, Italian. To the exibition by underground in 20 minutes or a 35 minute walk, to city center by underground in round 20 minutes. Our two dogs Willy and Beppo also live in the house.

Free parking is available in front of the house. Subway reachable in about 9 minutes by foot. A feel-good place. Only the described spaces are offered, all the others.

sunlit large Maisonette , big terrace

Our great grandfather used to play piano in this loft and our father later renovated the top two flights of our old 1910 townhouse for you to now spend a wonderful time in Munich in bright, large rooms with a large outdoor terrace facing the garden and old trees. Very generous for singles or couples in separate bedrooms, but also plenty of space for two couples or families of four. The interior is a bit of a time capsule while the neighbouring subway ride to the center is only 6 minutes away.
