Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

Very nice place very close to Munich! Nice garden and nice house for family and for business mans! In the apartement 3 rooms, 1 toilette, 1 badhroom and tee kitchen. You can stated the Kitchen only have microwave, guest can heat up the food . The white room inculded big terasse with smoking area! The prices: The Pink room for 2 persons, the White room for 2 persons and the Panic room for 2 persons from 55 Euro/ night. The whole apartement incl. 3 rooms for 6 persons from 165 Euro/ night.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!
